★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a schill for Polygon and most likely others. They use their engineers to make excuses for systems that aren't properly designed and do not function up to standard. I currenly live in a building that has a Polar Ice heating/cooling system as advertised by Polgyon as "air conditioning". After MULTIPLE complains, letters, and phone calls regarding this systems "air conditioning" not functioning properly, an admittance from Polygon that the pressure was insufficient, and then a retraction and a claim that it was always working I have received a two page letter tonight informing me that it is. Edwin Zander, an engineer with 8 letters after his name, has informed our building that "some functional limitations require understanding to permit the system to function most effectively". Well you know what Edwin, I also have EIGHT letters after my name but the difference is that i don't LIE to people. You come and live in my condo and then tell me that your eight fancy letters still believes this sytem is doing anything more than just blowing air around like a regular table fan. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from using this company as the only fixes they stand behind are owners "practicing good environmental management", and hoping that they bury you in enough documents from people with eight letters after their names to get frusterated and give up.
