★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG!!! Where do I start! I came to Back in Motion after being at a clinic which they put the Dr Ho’s machine on you & leave you in a room for approximately 14-18 minutes. I saw Jeremy Edwards at Back in Motion & he ABSOLUTELY HELPED with my pain & he actually researched my injuries so he could make a plan for recovery, then there’s Eric Matthews who is my massage therapist who also listens to the client to pinpoint what areas needed to be worked on. This is one Awesome Clinic!!!

Love that you educate your patients on what your treatment plan is and make it very comfortable. I walk into your clinic with pain and walk out feeling relieved. Thank you so much! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first experience with an RMT here and the establishment is very professional, clean and inviting. Eric was my RMT and he was incredibly friendly, conversational, and educating. I would definitely recommend his service to others and will certainly visit again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuljeet is awesome ???, he is helping my husband to get back to his active normal life after an accident, It is very relaxing when you see and feel he cares , he is detailed about the source of pain and where it might cause uncomfortable feelings after his physiotherapy and explains everything for us to understand, as me and my husband are both engineers and this is not our field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Back in Motion for physio therapy few years ago and now for massage therapy. I only have a positive experience. My recent experience is with massage therapy with Eric, I did three sessions already and I feel much better. Eric has a solid professional experience, he is friendly and provides the massage you need and the advice specific to reduce your pain. My health is better now and I'll go back when I need his help again! The ladies from customer service are very nice, always ready to help you find an appointment or put you on a cancellation list. Well done Back in Motion! Thank you!

My wife went and saw Rajat and ultimately it was an unproductive visit. The advise given doesn't seem to match or address the issues she's been having. When she was explaining the pain she's been having post surgery (nerve related) he seems to have little understanding or maybe just didn't hear her. She explained that she has issues with her knees, particulalrily shallow tracks that they cap sits on rather than in. When presented with this advise his choice was to try and manualy move her kneecap to the side. When she winced in pain he assumed the skin itself was sensitive and progressed with a treatment plan based on his incorrect assumptions.
It's unfortunate that it didn't work out any better. We will be looking for a second opinion elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeremy was very professional and extremely easy to understand. At my age (75) I also have some hearing issues but did not find that I had to make him repeat, which was so nice. The girls at the front were very professional as well. It was a very nice experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Back in Motion.
