★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was helped by Koda, who was super great at answering all my questions. I'm still new to the world of Cannabis, and I usually buy things to help with my anxiety. Everytime I go into Jima at this location the staff is always super lovely, knowledgeable and most importantly they don't ever make me feel silly for asking questions. I always leave with something new to try, and a smile on my face! I recommend Jima to everyone, it's the only place I shop now for all my Cannabis needs :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a little bit apprehensive about entering a store and buying products that resembled my burnout teenage years was made easier by the people that work in the store. They take the people work seriously, and that they’re approachable, not pushy and answer and confirm product information.
Although I concentrate my shopping on edibles, the store appears to have a wide range of products. I have noticed the introduction of a variety of different edibles. When I hear the staff engage in their people work skills, and talking with other patrons I hear a very person centred approach that Specifically identifies individual preferences, wants and needs.
As with Jimi Hendrix, it’s the experience as much as the product when going into the East Abbotsford store.
The staff are polite, knowledgeable, humble and courteous. I have thought about ordering online, but like going in person for my experience.
Remember, is the 80/20 rule, 80 being people work and 20% being product administration. People vote on their feet and appears that the Abbotsford has a right!
