★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The loss of Save on Foods at this locations sucks. I preferred shopping there, but from what I have heard it was The Pattison Group that decided to pull out of that location as they were just using it to test the grocery delivery service. Maybe we will get some other grocery store, maybe it will just be another dollar store. Who knows. My 2 star rating is based on the lack of any other stores they have effectively tried to bring in, as well as the fact that the EV charge station has been neglected for months when it is need of desperate repair. They own, they need to fix it. Also the fact that one of their tenants utilizes the only usable port on it for anywhere up to 14 hours a day and even though there have numerous complaints regarding this they do not enforce any parking time limit or accrued financial charge for use. This place can be better, given its location, if it only had stores that invited more customers in, as well as the bonus incentive of charging for EV drivers to come in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small plaza with a few necessary businesses and shops!! Save On was here but they’ve closed down taking away a lot of business I’m sure.
The coffee shop is lovely and the sushi restaurant is never busy and really yummy.
My insurance office is here so it’s convenient and they have a charge point electric vehicle charging station which is great for me.
Lots of parking, hopefully the Save On spot will be a good retailer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping at Co-Op is a pleasant time. I know that grocery shopping is not usually enjoyable,however it is there. I always find what I need, and the prices are very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is shiny and new but the prices are crazy. The staff is outstanding and they have some things comparable to save on. Good deli and meats hot foods. Still I would rather spend alot less at a competitor. That said,
I still like to support a local establishment, will definitely come back for certain items
