h	holly carter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be advised check in is 4 PM, which they are very strict about. Be advised they will not let you cancel your booking 8 hours after you made it (a week before check in) once you're aware of strict check in time. Be advised the side door (which is already key card entry) is locked between 10PM and 8AM but there is no sign to tell you that. Enjoy the 4 trips to the front desk for a new key card before they think to tell you about the locked door. Be advised staff is very frustrating to deal with. I went to the airport sandman and was very happy I switched hotels.
P	Preeti Watni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice n clean rooms. Only issue was the room we had one window which overlooked somebodys back yard. No other view. There are two buildings owned by hotel. Swimming pool and breakfast is in one building.

While I can't speak about the room or facilities I want to note the service was wildly un-accomodating. As a business owner I was dissapointed to be lead on and then ultimately forced to sleep in my truck.. and in a parking lot due to this establishment. I feel they need more training in customer service. I normally stay in 4+* hotels and this place reminds me why.. I strongly do not recommend this place they will not help you.

They were beyond accommodating even to take in my dog, and help us extend our stay when needed. Every morning they were so kind to us, and it was really more like staying at someone's insanely large house rather than a faceless, soulless hotel

I was overcharged at this hotel they charged me $114 for a night I already paid for on debit. Then they charged it back on my CC and I disputed it and won and upon staying here again was not notified of the fake outstanding charge and they secretly charged me again when the manager noticed me. more than what I had signed for. The manager is horrendously rude and told me that I wasn’t entitled to a paper copy of signed room night that DID NOT include a $114 charge. Always say they don’t have rooms available if you want to extend your stay, then will show rooms available same day. Scammers. Never again. Stay away. Manager tried to talk me out of phoning CC company again said I wouldn’t get it back a second time. Not true. Seriously, these people are sick. I also was accused of stealing a pillow…. After I left… not sure why I would do that but ok. Horrible horrible horrible hotel never again.
M	M R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic stay. This was such a clean location. We checked in late at night as our flight was cancelled. The staff were friendly and helpful and even gave us a little snack bag. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for a great experience!

I saw some of ants in the bathroom but was not really care about it though. Breakfast was pretty good and liquor store was very close to hotel. Kind staffs and enough towels was always good for family.
