I'm guessing all these positive reviews come from family and friends so buyer beware!! We recently used this limo service and they did not treat us fair; they have not produced the receipts for all of the initial and overcharges, which is unheard of. They are must be operating in cash to avoid paying taxes... There was a serious lack of professionalism and a continual push for upcharges with every request! We wanted to drop friends off ONE BLOCK away from final destination and it would have cost more! IF we used the glasses in the limo it would be an extra! The driver was not wearing a mask at ANY point during COVID safety restrictions. We were told to pay in cash but have not received proper receipts with the company's GST numbers - very strange and it is not allowing us to expense these charges through our company now... We requested to be picked up at 11 and they said 10:30 or they would charge an extra $85. We were in the limo and left our venue early and they immediately CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD $120 WITHOUT PERMISSION. Poor communication and zero professionalism. To put in perspective, if you are going to use this company for a special event, especially if you do not go out for special events often, STAY AWAY! They will ruin your experience and take away from the opportunity of a good night out by overcharging every opportunity, not producing the receipts - THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. We were respectful customers, did not damage anything and followed all of the rules; it is sad that they will not see our business in the future.

We had the pleasure of using this Limousine Services last weekend for my daughter’s wedding. I would highly recommend them if you need transportation for an event. They were friendly and professional !!

Before you even think about hiring this guy, read the following: 1. We hired the car for a kid’s birthday party. Few children were invited.party. Few children were invited. 2. The guy charged by the number of people not just by the hour so his charge was combined and exploitive. 3. We agreed to hire the car for 3 hours subject to extension if needed. 4. When he showed up, he had the appearance of a vagrant – absolutely no class in dressing up. As the neighbors peeked by to see the limousine, he was an embarrassment. 5. He barged into the house without “Excuse me, may I come in” and asked my wife, in the peak of her preparing the children to be ready and in such a hurried manner to sign a paper. Basically, in the heat of being overly busy, she was coerced to sign a paper not knowing what she signed. 6. The car stank. The outside was smeared with dust and mud and the inside was dirty and untidy. 7. We had reservation in a classy restaurant in Downtown to celebrate the birthday. One full hour before the agreed time was up, and in the middle of cutting the cake and singing “Happy birthday …” he barged into the setting, interrupted the party and demanded in a very rough unrefined manner to speak with me. He explained that he had another booking and he needed to leave. The arguments ended in calling the police (did not show up since this was a civil matter with no one physically harmed). Then he got into the car and left with about 45 min. left. We had to hire 2 taxis to take us back home at a cost of $180. 8. By doing such, he spoiled the whole evening; party and all. Kids were scared and one of them was shaking. Attention shifted from enjoying the party to calming down the children. 9. When we got home, my wife checked her credit card transactions and found that he helped himself to $30 without authorization or explanation. 10. When he talked to either of us, he never asked gently or professionally but rather, he ordered. He demanded. I gathered that he never heard the word ‘customer service’ nor knew what it entailed.
