R	Rick Gollings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at 8:00 pm and pretty much went to bed. Had to be at the airport by 5:00 am. Didn't get much of a chance to enjoy the place. It was very clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and pleasant. It was a very short cab ride to the airport.

We are not all fans of yuk Starbucks swill but I'm sure they give you a cut rate Mask policy not enforced Had to ask for someone in lobby to put on mask and subsequently saw 2 others in lobby no masks

When he heard we had a difficult day prior to arriving he informed us of the pool, hot tub and sauna that we could relax in in the morning before our departure. His kindness was appreciated and staff the next day were fantastic as well in extending our stay.

I ended up getting the job and I was told to bring my direct deposit the next day and work 8-4 for training. I arrived the next day 10 minutes before my shift and I asked the front desk where I should go. She had absolutely no idea and opened a random employee break room and told me to wait. I waited there for 30 minutes and no one came. I went back to the lobby and told the front desk and they said it wasn’t their problem you have to contact laundry directly. I called the number multiple times and left numerous messages. Eventually after an hour, the lady who took my interview showed up but ignored me and went to another room. Still to this day I have not received information of what happened. It was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and wasted my time!!!

They were kind enough to give me an early check-in, but revoked my late check-out that they had also given me. Shower was awesome, and the best was comfortable. Location is nice as it is right across from a shopping center with dining options.

Friendly staff and very accommodating, Great service was provided by Helen and Ravi including meeting the manager. The hotel is very convenient looking forward to comeback and check in again!

The front desk and the reservation team was super nice and accommodating. Check in and check out was very easy and they were super flexible with the timing as I had notified them before. The rooms are really nice and clean. The location is perfect as it is close to the mall, restaurants, and the airport. Would definitely recommend booking this hotel for your stay and I will also be rebooking in the future for all our guests and employees stay!
