β β β β β Very Bad Car wash, my car was not that dirty and i got Ultimate Car wash and there are still dust spots on the car and can see the Wiper marks on the rear window. Very unsatisfied with the service.

β β β β β Said it is very confusing calculating yes dollar amount for gas with a coupon for 4 cents off. They then asked me to step aside so they could serve the other customers. Was not impressed and went to the Fraser station one where the ladies working were lovely to deal with

β β β β β Vacuum ate my money, employee did not apologize and said he couldnβt do anything even though itβs on shell property and itβs a service they have. Innocent occurred Sunday Oct 25 at 7:21 PM. Please coach the rude employee on what the do or discontinue service entirely.

β β β β β Immature staff locking the door on my wife while it was dark out acting like it was some funny joke. Previous to that incident I used the car wash and my car came out dirty. No shortage of other gas stations around to go to.

β β β β β Ads on the nozzle are too big, damage is being done to vehicle. Making icbc claim. I will start smashing pump nozzel into the screen of the pump if they are made this large.

β β β β β Convenient Shell gas station right off the highway exit and you can easily get back onto the highway once you're done. Prices here are cheaper compared to surrounding gas stations nearby. I only went inside the store once to purchase gift cards and I found it to be a very small selection.

β β β β β They were out of regular and 91 but it was signed as the cheapest gas in the area. Attendant didn't bother to tell us, just watched from the window as we tried 2 different pumps. They can get away from it as they're the closest gas station to the airport.
