★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very clean facility one concern is they don't let you lock off the elevator which would have made it auch easier and quicker move in. Front desk staff on this day were not as friendly or helpful as on my previous visits which were to rent the space. At those two previous times the staff were exceptional.

They made each step of the way so easy, and went above and beyond to make my move comfortable and effortless. The staff are absolutely wonderful and deserve recognition! This location is also impeccably clean. Great job you guys! I've already recommended to all my friends. 5+ stars all the way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot say enough positive things about this location. It’s clean and simple to access, and it’s easy to renew payments online, but the staff is the standout for sure. From my initial visit they were so helpful reviewing my size needs and assisting me to purchase packing supplies; but also fantastic when I called a year later from the other side of the country to close things down. They made it so easy to arrange my keys to be left with them and access given to my moving company. Would give more than 5* if I could. Thanks again for everything!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was like a godsend for me, I had to move, I needed a storage facility close by, my Jimmy was on the fritz, I didn't have a tremendous amount of stuff, but enough to put in storage, so I called around, most of the receptionists were short, I get it, month end, busy, but please, courtesy goes a LONG way, with, well hey with ANYONE. So not only did they accommodate me, with exactly the size I needed, they price matched the competition, during this promo, which I believe may still be running. The access hours are great, one elevator is down, but you can still get in and out in a reasonable and timely manner. Everyone hates moving, and may be a little on edge, but the bubbly 4 foot 10 inch tall woman at reception( I'm sorry, her name may be Louisa) was more than accommodating to show me the facility and most direct route to my locker. Its clean, and well layed out. Great place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great storage facility! There is multiple codes needed to enter to have access to your locker making it so safe! The lockers also are very affordable to others I’ve seen at the same quality. Amazing customer service as well! 100% recommend if needing to store anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to upgrade to a larger storage unit (moved from one facility to here). I chose Pockit Self Storage and do not regret my decision. The staff were helpful, easy move in process, security is wonderful, the truck to move was a great bonus and the facility is clean.
