★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered a rental truck online the previous day for pickup at 6pm. This location closes at 5pm so I was struggling to figure out how to pick up the truck. After calling the number on the intercom many times with no answer, I saw another number on the gate and tried it. I was told I couldn't get the truck because they were closed. I'm not sure why I was able to place the order for the truck when it was closed. I had a confirmation and it said to pick up there. Unimpressed. Be careful when trying to order your truck. I was fortunate enough that somewhere else had a truck I could order that night. Just a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to book a 15 foot cargo truck. It said reservation guaranteed. Not only did they not have it they had no other size truck for us to use. Terrible customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a reservation ffor 3 lockers as they didn't have the 1 big loccker I needed so had to get 2 smaller as well as a parking spot. I reserved them all forr jan 30 and today jan 22 I was informed they are no longer avilible and were given to someone else... reservations mean absalutlly nothing to these guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out... their sign for medium boxes says 1.89 each and online says 1.99 They say it's an old sign but never took it down and didn't honor the price. Shady. Dude that helped me w the boxes was nice thats why 3 stars but ppl inside zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lean and dry here. Staff are friendly watch the gate to make sure people don't tailgate in. I noticed plenty of cameras around as well which is rather nice to see.
Would be nice if the laneway were wider considering many people come with large trucks and trailers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get moving supplies. Cheaper than other places, including Amazon. Was a very convenient location for us.
Also rented a storage locker. Some of the clientele was a little sketchy, but it's a self storage facility. I wasn't expecting more. Was very clean, though, and easy to rent.
