★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible customer service, up sell and make promises they can't keep. I genuinely think they charge you the highest rate pocket the money and sent it the slowest way. Save your money. Use Canada Post or any other courier. Even when you lodge a formal complaint they do nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience and store, the employees are extremely rude and do not work to solve problems in anyway. I don't know if it's worse to go into a UPS store or phone the 1-800 #. Will never use this excuse of a shipping company again and recommend everyone else avoid UPS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not write google reviews- although, I believe it is important to know that I came off the phone, in tears, after being yelled at by the woman on the other side. I am still trying to locate a lost package, and with all the numbers/requirements, there was no will to help. Instead, I was granted harsh words and an aggressive hang up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to return a package to sender. The UPS site says to bring the package into UPS unopened and it will be returned. The Abbotsford UPS store refused to take the parcel. I've been to this location a few times and always seem to have issues

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing is bad than UPS in Canada. Poor service.. Waiting for my package from last 15 days. Have visited 3 times to UPs distribution centre for my package..Still they don't know where is my package.. Is it with Driver or In office.. Extremely Frustrating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ups is actually trash, I paid extra to get it sooner and instead it's longer? Why that doesn't make sense, I'm severely disappointed with my service and I don't get this disappointed often. So cheesed and ups is cheeks 0.01/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reviews I see here for this store are sad. These are people trying to run a business during covid and not being able to find people who actually work for a living. We went in today to ship a package to Florida, we were quickly helped and told what to do and the forms to fill out. There were several other customers in the store and the lady who was there on her own did a great job handing everyone and we were in and out quickly. Y'all need to chill in the reviews here, bad things happen when you ship. Not this stores fault. With one employee in there they also don't have time to solve all your problems, do your research before you go in there . - basic stuff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a rather neutral experience. I went in with Amazon return boxes and the line was quick to move. The lady was somewhat authoritative, but not really rude.
The store looks worn out and cheaply maintained. Didn’t expect it from UPS. But otherwise, I got everything done that I needed.
