★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Automall auto body did not let me down. From beginning to end the staff has by far exceeded my expectations. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted in a friendly manner . My first impression of the office blew me away, very very clean and unique! The process of gathering my information and assessing my car was quick and painless. The guy that came out and looked at the damage with me was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Explained to me what needed to happen. I recieved a replacement vehicle during the time my car was being repaired. Wow... What a nice clean and new replacement I had! Almost better then my own. I was kept in the loop during the repair process and when I came to pick up I was speechless at how amazing my car looked and how clean inside and out it was. Automall auto body by far went above and beyond to make this awful experience as good as it could be! I will definitely go back if needed and reccommend them to everyone I know !

They have always been upfront about the process, and how long they expect to be. When I picked up my car from my most recent experience there, I was surprised to find how clean it was!
Friendly staff, very accommodating and honest.

Overall service was fine, nothing to get excited about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really happy with the team here! The repairs to my vehicle were done so well and paint blended so beautifully I can't tell there was ever a collision. Not to mention they detailed my vehicle after the repairs to a nearly new condition and delivered my car to me ahead of schedule. Very impressed. The staff was very helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable with a special thanks to Terry for handling my claim! I would recommend Terry and the whole team to anyone! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. My car got broken into thru the door, it was quite damaged, so i opened icbc claim and chose this place for my repair. First the guy that was taking pictures of the door was doing it just like whatever. They took my car, few days later called me to pick it up, when i got there they said we fixed some stuff, but for the rest we need to wait for something that is on backorder and it will arrive soon, so they will call me to come back and finish repair... Ye it was around 7 months ago... They never called me, never finished repair, but they did fully charge icbc on that claim.
****Update, got a call, and owner was really apologetic about it, finished repair, everything looks good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our car had a hit and run problem and the back bumper needed repair and painting. As always before, when needing repair or painting, we always call Craig at Automall Autobody so we know we will be treated with respect and fantastic work on our car. I met with Craig after sending him photos and an email describing the accident that caused the damage. Craig gave us a fantastic vehicle to tide us over until our car would be ready. He said, the job should be ready the next Wednesday. Sure enough, we got a call to pick up our car. As always, the car looked brand new, no surprise but very happy with the work and the professional treatment we received from Craig. HE is the man to go to for any job that needs looking after. Thank you Craig, you always do great work.

Coming from Osoyoos, we needed to combine my wife's surgery and recovery with this and other necessary functions.
They accommodated our situation by scheduling thier parts orders, the work, and addressing our transportation needs in conjunction with OUR time frame which we know was an inconvenience for them. Moreover, thier updates allowed us to economise on booking unnecessary time in our motel.
The end result was a repair that is indistinguishable from my truck's showroom condition - delivered on time and nicely cleaned.
This was an expensive trip for us but I estimate that their efficiencies saved us $1,100 or more.
We strongly recommend Automall Autobody in Abbotsford.
