★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience with buying my car from here! The staff were amazing and I didn't feel pressured to buy my car. The sales rep Yvonne was exceptional, along with the manager. They explained the process very clearly, made you feel at home, and talked through all your questions and concerns. I cant say I have ever had an experience like this one at a dealership. Lastly, It is nice that they don't just sell Volkswagen vehicles, I bought a Rav 4 from here and am glad I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a used Volvo from them for my mom. Loved the car and the whole experience was great as well.
Sam was the guy I was dealing with, really polite, helpful and there for you. The car had an airbag sensor issue, he got it dropped off to the Volvo dealership, got it fixed and in the meanwhile sent a loaner car for my mom to drive in. I’d buy a car from him again. He made sure we had a good experience even after we had driven off with the car.
Solomon from their finance department was really patient when I took my time and asked him a few extra questions about my deal. Did not rush, and he took an interest in my queries and I felt comfortable with my deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaylen was amazing! We had such a positive experience and are so grateful. Jaylen was able to find us a more fuel efficient truck with the specs we needed for the price we were hoping for. This will allow us to keep our travel trailer and continue to make memories in the future. Jaylen was professional yet personal, knowledgeable but not pushy and caring but authentic. It was refreshing to work with a dealership that values hiring young people, namely strong females. It was a wonderful experience all around and we would recommend this dealership to anyone who is wanting an experience that goes over and above their expectations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from beginning to end, from the online ad posting to walking into the neat dealership all the way to final sale and trade-in of my old vehicle. Reagan was great and all the staff were friendly and happy.
My salesperson Reagan was very friendly and easy to talk to. She responded quickly to my online inquiry in the evening and we got started the next day at the dealership. Ask for her!
The sales managers Ian and Joshua were always around and approachable and went above and beyond to make things work for me.
I traded in my old vehicle for a Golf R. A few simple questions and they brought it in for a look while I was test driving and going over my new options so it felt seamless.

There was some defects with the first Golf R I intended to purchase which they fixed with no fuss (took a week, still waiting on parts) they had been clear that it just arrived and had not been inspected yet and that they would take care of any defects before final sale.
It was a frustrating week of waiting for the parts to arrive for servicing but they were happy to lend me a nice new vehicle in the meantime (2020 Taos) at no cost. I was kept up to date with any new defects and timeline.
unfortunately the previous owner was a bit rough on the car and they couldn't fix all the defects in a reasonable amount of time.
They immediately brought around another Golf R for me to test-drive, it was in better condition and a bit pricier but that was offset by them bumping up the value of my trade-in. I ended up driving away in the second Golf R in a matter of an hour once it was all sorted out.
It needs new front brakes but they set up an appointment for me to get that done in the next week at no cost once parts come in.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a VW.
