One of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. We went in looking for a new 2020 Sierra 1500 AT4 with the Durmax and walked out 3 hrs later with one. If your looking for a new or used vehicle go and asked for Jimmy. The run down of everything the truck can do and help setting everything up was amazing. Thanks again Jimmy

I have not done business with Murray GM yet but I will say that they are great neighbours - very kind and helpful. I had a fender bender at the intersection and they allowed me to park on their lot and even kept my keys for the tow truck driver. Much appreciated, thank you!

shocking bad service from the service department, had a truck towed in that broke down near the dealer, they did not look at the issue, just made up some phoney excuse as to why they didn't do their job, and when asked if they checked said items, all i got was stuttering, this dealer is a complete scam operation! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE !!! only gave one star, because no stars isn't an option ! service manager was a clown, hey all seem like they hate their jobs and it shows

I'd score this higher if it wasn't for most recent visit. Brought my vehicle here for a fuel issue which was done without issue. They noted that my vehicle has a miss in the engine and they diagnosed how to correct. I authorized but when I got vehicle back it still had the miss. An extra $800 for new ignition wires that I probably didn't need. Watch out for the upsell!

Thank you to Jimmy, the salesman on my new Equinox. We talked for about a week before I came over from the Vancouver island. We made arrangements for him to pick me up from the ferry terminal to test drive it, and if I was happy, I was to go back to the dealership finish the deal. It was totally my mistake, and Jimmy went to the wrong ferry terminal to pick me up. He was so understanding about the situation, and I was able to make it to the dealership on my own. Their team was great on offering to repair damage to the door, but as I was from out of town, they agreed to let me get it fixed at home and send the bill to them. After a discussion, they took the cost of the estimate off the price of the vehicle, and I will get it fixed on my own. I’m so impressed with their customer service and professionalism with my situation. I highly recommend this dealership, even if you don’t live on the mainland. Worst service possible. Avoid them unless you'd like to be scammed. I bought a brand new vehicle from them. Bought the extended package and because I went 1000kms over the suggested oil change time they denied me my free oil change. It was the only thing they gave me for purchasing a brand new vehicle and they completely scammed me out of it. They said that there was nothing they could do. We bought a brand new Cadillac as well that was serviced here with the promise for a courtesy car every time it came in. In 5 years not once was a courtesy car offered. They just scam you and then come use it to deny you the service they've sold you. I spoke to their service manager Bob Ward directly where he offered zero help and refused to give me the only thing they offered me for buying the brand new truck from them. All over $30. Terrible service.

A very disappointing experience with Cam the sales manager. Cam seemed like a nice guy and offered a fair price for my truck on Friday but when I called back on Monday to accept the deal he said it was now worth $5000 less. I understand that prices fluctuate but this was a particularly despicable tactic. When I buy or sell my vehicle I don’t like to feel like I’m playing around on the stock market. I would recommend shopping elsewhere like Eagle Ridge or Dueck GM where the sales staff don’t induce a FOMO type negotiation tactic.

Raul at the service center is a life saver! We had a brake malfunction and this dealership was the closest to where we broke down. Raul was super helpful and accommodating. He was able to get our vehicle in for service the next day and got us a rental vehicle within the hour so our camping trip would not be cut short. He even called us right before we lost service in the backroads to let us know everything was under warranty and to not worry, it will be ready when we get back from camping. It was just a great experience when we are already in a tough situation. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing the vehicle was in good hands. Thank you again Raul, great customer service!
