Today marks the 7 month anniversary of my 2020 Kia Soul EVs backup camera failing. Still at Murray Kia being repaired under warranty, next part eta is mid to late next month. I don't know much about cars but I am sure I could figure this out and repair it in less time (with my hands tied). If I could give a 0 star I would Regional manager in BC's comments were "it is what it is and these things take time". Very unprofessional all around from this company. In regards to the owners response: Yes I have been provided a loaner vehicle but it is not electric or qualified for HOV privileges which increases my commute time driving from abbotsford to Vancouver daily which is the main reason the vehicle was purchased I think you are out of touch with reality if you think 8 months is a sufficient time frame to fix a camera. The dealership and Kia are the only folks I've talked to who think this isn't ridiculous. The parts are wires which last I checked are not constrained by shipping. I can get on a plane tomorrow and be back in a day. I can also get 1 to 5 day shipping by air from almost any company as this isn't 1972, it's 2022. Get real guys. Seriously need to look at yourselves in the mirror and be ashamed of your poor service that I haven't even begun to go into detail about. In my hands quickly, you mean at minimum 6 weeks from now??? Really need to do better. To top it off they didn't even fix the heating issue I had with the car that I asked them to look at 3.5 months ago when I found out I would be without the car until June. To add to this embarrassing fiasco and lack of customer service for Murray Kia and Kia Canada, dealer manager Tom Pasemko called the police on me for failing to return the loaner vehicle after two days when saying I'm waiting for compensation for the experience. He had enough after two days, imagine what 170 days waiting for a warranty repair would be like Tommy.

We came by for a vehicle check up/inspection, their 'peace of mind' diagnostic check. We had electrical problems, and knew our AC / HEAT was busted so we wanted to check what else was wrong and get it fixed (We just bought it used) Instead of a normal mechanic we tried a dealership again. Tyler was our mechanic, claimed heat and ac worked fine, our brake lights were out, one small leak. All of that and our leaking tire valves came to over $400. I don't trust the mechanic who checked our SUV, the heat is very clearly busted, and they wanted to charge another $150 diagnostic check on the brake lights before they fixed them. They claimed to get our door power controls fixed for our side mirrors to work was in the thousands. We also went in for a detail/car cleaning. So we returned the next day for that, apparently not enough time to clean it and they would try their best but if not we could come back tomorrow. They also couldnt find the detailer. When we first arrived it was 'We don't know where he is right now, so we will finish inspecting the valves' Two days in a row you don't know where your detailer is?? We paid $190 for the detailing of exterior and interior, including wipe down and shampooing of everything. The detailer's name was Dan, I appreciate what you DID clean, but that's a lot of money to not fully clean what was covered and told to me that we paid for. I included pics of some of the spots I found later that weren't touched. (We didn't mind coming back a third day in a row, but don't tell us it's done/ fully cleaned when it's not.) It was frustrating because only one of our concerns was listened to. Now we still have to go to another mechanic... I don't think we'll return unless it's for a general diagnostics. The staff is polite and friendly, their waiting area is nice and have accessible washrooms.

Encountered an issue a full year after purchasing a used vehicle from them. Tom extended excellent customer service and care, more than I would have expected from a used vehicle sales person. Completely improved my opinion and confidence in buying a used car! Thank you.

I dealt with both Mike and Nate during my experience and they were both fantastic. I felt no pressure, the sale was easy, and happened over about 48hrs. No questions were left unanswered, and they were always quick to respond to me. The entire crew of staff was excellent and I felt very welcomed, I will be referring friends here from now on!

Angie at KIA is very nice helpful and pleasant. I'm sure the staff are all nice there though. They weren't helping me they were helping my partner with his vehicle. 5/5 for customer service.

Today I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Murray Kia and once again the sales team and financing team went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. They have an amazing team of professional and caring staff. Not to mention that the new Sportage is so much fun to drive. I highly recommend this dealership they really make you feel like part of the family

My non-Kia vehicle broke down ? I spoke to Sam and we had it towed to Murray Kia. They diagnosed and fixed it in the same day! Skyler provided detailed info and options. We will be returning and highly recommend.

The team at Murray Kia were fantastic helping my wife and I upgrade our vehicle for a more practical family vehicle. The whole process was great, Alysha in financing was awesome, Travis and Jeff helped guide us in vehicle choice and listened to exactly what we needed. This was hands down the smoothest purchase I’ve ever made at a dealership, no pressure to buy, very accommodating while weighing options. Anyone who is in the market but not sure where to go, give Murray Kia a visit they have a huge selection.
