★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to have poor car maintenance this is the place for you. I went there for routine maintenance of my car that was working perfectly. After the oil change and tire rotation (over $100), I noticed the next day that the defective machine light was on and I smelled gas fumes inside the car. I took it back to them. They replaced one part and charged me an additional $600! No discount for their possible mistake or at least oversight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my F150 in to have the rear diff checked out. I felt extremely pressured and not treated well. When I called around to other shops I was told the service they suggested would be almost half the price as I was quoted at ford. I was extremely disappointed with they way they tried to pressure me into the service. It doesn’t even look like they tried to physically check out the diff. Probably drove it around for 10-15 minutes and made a guess as to what the problem was then charged me $170 for their time. I did get a nice car wash out of the deal, but $170 to wash the truck is a rip off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone from the start of driving up, and meeting the first person of contact, the service advisor, the shuttle driver, to the very end experience of the paying my bill. (I wish I could remember everyone's names because they deserve the shout outs). Everyone was very professional, and made my first visit with them exceptionally wonderful. Thank you for the great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some problem/issues with Front Diff. (Repaired/Fixed under Warranty)Tyler -Service Advisor was so helpful & excellent same goes for Tammy- Service Manager. Known them from more than 2 yrs & they all are awesome. The whole service department is so nice & helpful- Tyler, Lorraine, Jasmine & Tammy. Tyler is undoubtedly the best Service Advisor.

I always get great service, she is always prompt, makes sure the work is done when she says it will be (and last time was even faster) and MSA should be proud to have her representing them.
