(Tyler Lewis) Matthew Graham worked out the finance part, he was also very understanding and extremely polite and professional. You must see him if you are at The Honda Way. Good job guys ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I bought a Kia soul from Tyler Lewis. He has been the best salesperson that I've seen in Canada. He's very friendly and willing to help you with whatever is needed. I had an issue with the steering wheel buttons and the audio car system, and he helped me to get fixed with an authorized.
We also had a pretty good experience with the finance department at The Honda Way. Matthew and Nicole were very patient with us, explaining the financing rate and options that were available to us.
The overall understanding and care of the whole team make us think that next time we want to buy a new/used car, that's the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Honda Way was a very pleasant experience, while purchasing my car I didn’t feel pressured into anything and they were very thorough going through the process and explaining things. Garett was very helpful making sure I got the car I wanted and that everything was there (hub caps were being ordered in) and Mathew in finance made sure no details were missed while explaining everything, which is a big thing for a 19 year old buying their first new car. Would 100% recommend coming here to find a vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garrett was an amazing salesman to deal with! He was patient, explained the features of the vehicle to us, got us a great deal on our trade in, and we did not feel pressured or pushed into the deal, which we loved!
Matthew in finance was equally as fabulous! He explained the financing and add on features in depth and did not push us to add things we didn't want. He then kept us up to date throughout the process of waiting for our vehicle to arrive, which we got much sooner than predicted!
At delivery, Teri showed us through our vehicle and helped set up some of the features and was a genuinely bubbly and welcoming personality.
We had a great experience with the team at The Honda Way and would highly recommend visiting them if you are looking for a vehicle!!

As anyone shopping for a new car right now knows, dealerships are experiencing considerable waits as the pandemic, global supply chain issues and the chip shortage have not made things easy. This meant a wait for my car, and I'm the least patient person on earth.
The Honda Way made it worth it though. They were patient with me, answered all my questions and helped me stick it out. I'm so glad I did. We now have both our Hondas from The Honda Way and it's definitely our go to from now on. Can't beat a Honda!

I've been to many lots while searching for a vehicle and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and went to any length they could to make me feel welcome. An add-on part was on back order and the staff were very accommodating for me and my dog as the installation took longer than anticipated due to extreme cold. I'm very grateful for the service and care The Honda Way took and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
