★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a used 2018 GMC Sierra from this dealership. Working with Leif was a fantastic experience! He was zero pressure and super easy to talk to. The whole experience was good overall, from working with Leif, to the sales manager and even the finance portion was great with no extra pressure. Only reason I didn't give it five stars was because after driving away in my $50,000 vehicle I had just purchased from them, I realized it only had a quarter tank of gas. I've never purchased a used vehicle or any vehicle and had the gas tank be empty. Bad etiquette in my opinion, especially after spending 50 grand. As I live in Chilliwack and this dealership was in Abby, I had to hit up a gas station before I could head home. Hopefully this is something they would reconsider doing for their customers as it kind of taints the good customer service feel right at the end of the deal.
Update: since then the dealership has taken care of me! Also I asked for a copy of the carfax for my file and Leif hand delivered it to my home. Thank you Abbotsford Nissan! Fantastic business with a family feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of working with Brody for my sale, Leif helped with my delivery and Julia for financing. They were all very kind and took the time to explain everything to me as I was purchasing an electric vehicle. The only qualm I have, was the lack of knowledge for charging the car at home. However, when I expressed my concerns Dan was able to step in and help me and made me feel confident about my purchase. They also followed up the next day. Brody, Leif and Julia are amazing!
I would recommend doing your research for charging at home so you don't have the same concerns as me the day of the delivery, but you'll still receive the help you need.

Lyle, the service manager, assured us that they can take care of our vehicles and ensure they run safely and efficiently. So far, I have great confidence in their ability and have received the best customer service from Mike (finance) Demetri (parts) and (Sean/Krista) service. Thanks for showing up team!! You are helping this Frontline Healthcare Worker, Respiratory Therapist, get to work and back home "safely" everyday. Much appreciation!

Leif was my Seles person and there were no sales pressure tactics, only lots of knowledge and answered questions and clarification. Julia was helping with financing and they gave me as much time as needed to make decision and made me feel very comfortable and at easy during purchase. I will definitely go back to Abbotsford Nissan if I decide to purchase car again and I highly recommend this dealership.
