★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just picked up my 2018 c63 S yesterday and had a great experience meeting the team that put my deal together. It wasn't an easy deal, as the team had many hurdles to overcome with my out of province needs during the crazy times, but they exceeded all of my expectations!
The deal went through smoothly when I arrived and I was picked up from the airport and taken to Starbucks as a convenient and friendly gesture.
A special shout out to Julia and Christine who did most of the work for me and the gm who was a hero to make sure I could drive through the mountain with my winter tires that were freshly sourced.

My overall experience would be 1 star.
But the gal who helped me personally would get 5.
I had a vehicle on hold and was in touch a gal named Julia, she was so fast to respond. Friendly, kind and extremely personable. This was my first experience with someone who genuinely wanted me to have what I wanted and not just make a sale.
Much to my dismay this morning I woke up to the news that ONE day before the day we had agreed upon for the sale of a high end vehicle the manager decided to override it and sell it To someone else even though I had actively had a deposit on it. Some people just don’t have the same heart and class, and are disgustingly motivated by money and sales rather then taking care of their customers.
Julia you get five stars !!!!!
But overall the whole experience was disappointing, high annoying and careless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give more then 5 stars. Ashley went, and continues to go above and beyond for me, I can’t praise her enough. I had gone to a dealership (not FVPO) and got ripped off pretty bad and wanted to see if maybe I could trade my vehicle in for something else and try and get at least sooome equity back. Fully knowing it’s a large possibility I couldn’t do it, Ashley still did everything she could to try and get me what I wanted. In the end she told me that it just wouldn’t be in my best interest at the moment to do so, wow, an honest genuine salesperson!! We decided to wait it out a bit. But her amazing work ethic doesn’t stop there. Ashley still keeps in contact with me on the regular, showing potential vehicles and making sure I know she’s still there to help. Ashley, thank you for going above and beyond to make sure you have one happy customer, even if we haven’t been successful YET in finding me a vehicle. I really appreciate your generosity and dedication!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a used 2019 Tesla Model 3 from this dealer. Flexible and negotiable. Sales manager was very friendly, and went out of his way for us. The day we drove it off the lot the heater failed, and FVPO immediately saw to it that it was repaired by the manufacturer. Would buy from again.
