This was the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a new car - straight forward, no nonsense. The environment is very welcoming, which isn’t always the case as we all know. Our salesperson, Preet was well versed and to top it off - we love our new Hyundai!

Went to the dealership to just check out a new Palisade. We met Preet there and she was so helpful. Made us feel super comfortable. (Which isn't a feeling you always get at a dealership) Ordered custom and took a little longer than we all thought but great communication and willing to help out in any way. Would definitely recommend speaking with her.

I bought a used car a grey Hyundai Elantra. I saw it in the lot it was in amazing condition. The sales associate was amazing, she answered all our questions and allowed us to test drive the vehicle even on the highway. Was overall an amazing experience and we took the car home that day. 100% would recommend.

Recently picked up my factory order 2022 Hyundai Tucson Preferred vehicle. Disappointed experience at this dealership. As someone who has worked in the car dealership industry, I was expecting a little more for customer service and appreciation. Preet was our salesperson, very nice girl. I would deal with her again, but the biggest issue is their communication, and professionalism. Disheartened to be told one thing, and find out another. No one communicated with me on how my vehicle was getting from Port to the dealership, come to find out the dealership picked it up and drove it back, just to cram it in for their month end, and I get a brand new vehicle with 72km on it already. Then I requested a specific vendor to use for the financing, and is acknowledged that all is good to go, and arrive at the dealership to sign everything, and am told no, I can't get the vendor I want because the rate is different - even though I am told that the rate is the same for my specific vehicle. I didn't get 1 thanks for the business, or any perks, or appreciation for my purchase. Then I get rushed with going over my vehicle, because it was close to their closing time. For all the mistakes that were made in my purchase, all I got was "sorry about that", and "here's a discount on if you want to purchase an extended warranty"..... What was supposed to be an exciting experience, turned out to be a quick, give me your money and go experience.

We recently purchased a new 2022 Santa Fe and were very happy with everyone we dealt with. Our salesman did a very thorough job of making the purchase easy and stress free. With his knowledge of the vehicle, he was able to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend Abbotsford Hyundai to anyone wishing to purchase a new or used vehicle. DON'T BUY USED VEHICLES!! They lied to me about the condition of a 2017 Mazda CX-5. I drove 10 hours total to get this vehicle only to find out it had damages. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO DAMAGE. Broken tail light, scratches, dents, hood chips, rusted brakes & front end components. They clearly don't care unless it is a Hyundai. $27,000 for a vehicle that was in terrible condition. They told me they don't Inspect there vehicles before listing them! How do you know a vehicles value without inspecting it?
