★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a stereo and amp installed in my truck. The work was horrible. loose wires, microphone wire hanging down from windshield and left side speakers cut out completely. They got me to leave my truck the next day for a few hrs. turns out tobe 6 hrs and their only answer is we got a new guy todo the work. quality is not their forte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When shopping at the car audio shop Tyler was vary helpful helping me choose what I wanted. The install was neat and clean. My new head unit and speakers sound so superior then what I had before. I am Satisfied with the whole transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my 2021 Rubicon in for sub install. Did not know what they were doing as they probably searched on YouTube how to do the install. Fuse blew out within 2 days and didn't even last me a week! Paid $350 for install, absolutely went to waste. Would recommend visions electronics or certified audio for sub installs. Never going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going in, I did not know what to expect because I have never had work done on my cars sound system before. I baby my vehicles so I’m very OCD about work and installs being done on my vehicle. But after talking to the down to earth staff who did a fantastic job of explaining what sound system would work best, my mind was at ease. The install was done perfectly and I would highly recommend this location for any audio installs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely happy with my experience at 360 Audio. Remote start installed on Diesel (with delay) and keyless entry which was a very clean install. They had the courtesy to inform me that the senior tech was training a new technician with my install so there could be delays but still had it done at the original estimated time. Great to see that proper on the job training is taking place to maintain their quality. The facility was very clean and organized so I will be returning to utilize the bodywork department. Highly recommend the 360 Group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used 360 auto on 3 different vehicles. I have had a sub hooked up, an alarm installed and the latest was a remote car starter. They are very friendly and do great work. They have reasonable pricing as well. I go to them for all installs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an automatic starter installed and couldn’t be happier. Priced it around and 360 had more competitive pricing then places in chilliwack, Abby or the dealership. Guys I dealt with were great. Installed in a few hours with no issues. Highly recommend 360.
