★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a boat on the 01 SEPT 2021 through Marine One. This was a boat that they were selling on consignment. The entire process, from the initial viewing in late August with Norman, to the final transferring of title and payment with Maureen, were smooth easy and comfortable. The Sea Trial and final mechanical inspections and repairs made with Mike and Alex, were very professional and met every objective or concern that we had. We cannot thank them enough for their attention to detail and their assistance. This was a total 5 star experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outfit is dirty. The owner claims to go bankrupt, taking my money to winterized my boat but didn’t. Engine ruined when it froze, thankfully I had proof and my insurance made me whole and took these clowns to court.
After going to Service BC I found that they intact didn’t go bankrupt, but did a simple $150 name change.
Stay clear. Seriously.

They offer outstanding and prompt service.
I am confident that only the work that needs to be done is done and you are able to consult directly with the mechanic doing the servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased a used boat from Marine One and have had a very positive experience. We found Norman and his team very professional and wonderful to deal with. Norman was very knowledgeable and approachable throughout the process. In addition to working on the boat Mike the mechanic took extra time to explain its inner workings and facilitated a very informative sea trial. Maureen's administrative assistance made the trailer licensing, boat registration, and other related tasks seamless. Perhaps most impressive however was the time they took and effort they put in to fix a very small number of little things to make sure our boat was completely ready for the water once we left their shop. Because of Norman and his team we have every confidence we have a good used boat ready for our family and heartily recommend Marine One.
