★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the vibes through Hustle & Flow are amazing. Its truly an inclusive space and judgement free zone. The staff are supportive and so lovely, and they really encourage you to have fun above else which I feel makes the performance that much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m so happy I joined this dance family! I was struggling with self love, confidence and mental health so I decided to join to do something out of my comfort zone. Everyone is so accepting and the teachers super supportive. I feel more confident and have made some great friends along the way as well. I couldn’t ask for a better dance family!
Thank you to Nikita, Laura and Jess for always pushing me to be the best that I can be!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, so I absolutely love dancing with Hustle & Flow. The energy of the classes is unbelievable. You walk in and feel so supported and so welcome! And I cannot say enough about the way is makes me feel to be around such an amazing group of people. It so so easy to feed off the amazing energy in the studio and I always leave feeling worked out and spectacularly happy. It fills my heart more with each class.
If you feel drawn to try a drop in class or join a session, please do! You will feel so good afterward!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hustle and Flow has been integral to my growth as a positive, confident, holistic person. These classes are the only time I give myself out of the week for me, and it is clear that the instructors know that this is the experience of most of the dancers. Nikita and her team demonstrate over and over again that this time for ourselves is important and it is clear that they do everything in their power to make the most of that time. These women lead by example and have built a warm, welcoming, supportive place for everyone. I am a better person and feel so much love for myself now because of this program. I encourage anyone who was, is, or wants to be a dancer to come and try a class. Like myself and so many others, you will only wonder why you didn't try it sooner :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely hesitant in joining Hustle & Flow Dance in the beginning because I didn't believe in myself that I could pick up dance again after stopping for over 10 years. The teaching styles from both Nikita & Laura opened my eyes to the endless possibilities of how to move my body again. I look forward to both the beginner heels and beginner hip hop classes each week and love that everyone is so welcoming. I've created great friendships and I get so excited on how confident I feel at the end of class and realizing how much I appreciate my own body. The energy, vibe and laughter from both classes have played a big part on helping me get back onto my feet after a break up and I'm forever grateful that I've finally found a community where I feel like I belong!

Hustle and Flow dance company not only works to make you a better dancer, but also a more confident and compassionate person. You will learn dance technique and foundations, as well as grow your confidence and self love! I have met friends for life here and constantly recommended this company to others. The instructors, Nikita, Heather, and Laura and all the support staff are truly there to support you and watch you grow. This team is the real deal - and the exciting and uplifting atmosphere they bring into the room is unlike any dance company I’ve ever been with. Hustle and Flow will challenge you to be your best self. If you haven’t joined yet, you must! you will not regret it!

It's a slice of time that I feel happy and connected to myself, and can just leave the world outside. It is hard to describe how wonderful it feels to be in such an encouraging and supportive environment. Nikita and her team have created such a unique space for us to grow, and I look forward to advancing and getting stronger with them.
I would highly recommend H&F to anyone that wants to dance - no matter your experience, size, age, or gender. Truly a judgment free space.
