★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like going to this theatre because of the VIP lounge and usually we get to go in before we buy her tickets and get some food but today they wouldn’t let us in so they lost our business. We didn’t really wanna watch a movie today we just wanted to eat there because we like the food. Overall it’s a typical theatre I like the regular theatres because they recline more than the VIP seats and you’re paying a lot less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for a movie, but last time I came I sat down and the arm rest was sharp and ripped my jeans (and a bit of my butt) ?? so be careful of seat F2 in theater 8. The movie “the lost city” was so funny that I forgot to tell the staff about it when I left, and cineplex doesn’t have an email to contact about complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Movie was long but the theater is comfortable and clean...
The staff can't be blamed for the numerous shortcomings as a result of their lack of training, or even worse as a result of their inability to process said training without feeling hurt or triggered. I fear for our not so distant future of non communicative and boarder line useless dwellers trying to do the jobs that us 40 year olds did, usually with three jobs at a time, and don't forget partying in between...
And I don't me two friends and three flavors of fat free frozen yogurt, I mean beer bongs, mix tapes and the morning after pill ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the movie. But not the VIP treatment I would not go back there. The food arrived cold sent it back never got a new dinner. Took forever to get our drinks and I ordered dessert and payed for it but never got it. The service was the worst. I got coupons for a free dinner and dessert next time I go. I don't think it is worth going back ? I won't be paying these high prices again for no service. Going to this cinema made me feel like a very idiotic person to think VIP treatment ment special service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unsatisfied to say the least. Showed up a hour and thirty minutes early to get food & drinks before the movie. Stood at the "VIP" bar for 20 minutes only to be ignored. As we sat down & waited for someone to take our order, others were walking up & getting drinks right away. 40 minutes into the experience our order was finally taken.... another 30 minutes had past after we had taken our order and there was no sign of the simple draft beer or burger that we order coming anytime soon. It was now time for the movie & we still hadn't received anything. We left unsatisfied and did not care to watch the movie. Being that the tickets were ordered online we couldn't get a refund. Avoid this place if you're looking to enjoy the night out. Was nothing but a headache

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely leave reviews but the lack of any semblance of professionalism here whatsoever was astounding.
Having worked at a theatre in my younger years, I get that the employees here are mostly teens or young adults. I get that there isn't much you can really expect. But leaving a theater full of patrons for a half hour while a movie isn't playing without any kind of announcement is mildly frustrating. Then when folks are puzzled enough to ask what's going on, to respond with "it's not playing", while mildly entertaining in its absolute ineptitude, was rather jaw dropping in its complete absence of any professionalism whatsoever.
Luckily we were able to get tickets for a later show in the VIP area. Also luckily for us there was 1.5 people serving a full crowd. Unfortunately for us, the 1 seemed to be more interested in rearranging furniture than keeping tabs on people coming in. 20 minutes after tracking down the server and ordering myself, I'm still waiting for the drinks I ordered.
So yeah. Pretty sure I'd rather deal with my screen at home in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, the VIP is awesome. Worth th4 extra price foe the very roomy seats and ample leg room. The in seat service is also nice.
The non VIP is pretty good, the theaters are clean and the seats are comfortable. The concession service is okay, but could be more polite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food and drinks are super overpriced but what can you expect from a movie theater? Also it took nearly 30 minutes for the VIP area staff to pour 2 beers for my friend and I and when we ordered food it didn't show up until half way through the movie. On a more positive note the seats are large and comfortable and the theater was actually clean which was really nice. Not sure if I'd ever pay for the VIP show again though. It's cheaper and more enjoyable to get drinks and food at a restaurant before or after the movie.
