★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was an awful experience, doctor is obviously not there to be a doctor when asking for advice I was cut off before I could begin and told to get a family doctor or call him rather then him addressing my concerns while in front of me. I had an appointment and was there for less then ten minutes there was no one else waiting, he had nothing pressing but still refused to do his job and talk to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked with them online for a phone appointment. My time rolls around, and I give it another 20 minutes, because I figured they were busy. Called them, no answer. Sent an email. I ended up booking with Virtual Clinic instead and got an appointment/phone call for the same day within the hour. Hope Viva Care is able to figure stuff out on their end, being able to book online was super convenient but that doesn't matter if the doctor doesn't show for your appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand that no walk in's are encouraged at this time of covid-19. When you have to see a doctor because your hand is swollen, fingers are cold, numbness is presenting, one takes a chance to see a medical doctor.
Your receptionist never gave me a chance. Clearly, I was in distress.
There was not one person in the clinic. Not a please give me a second to get a doctor's advice.
Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always got decent service here. Most of the doctors are friendly enough and try to get you in and out but you can tell some of them definitely don't want to be there. Some of the people on here need to cut the front desk some slack. It's a difficult environment. The reality is these days is that there is to many patients and not enough doctors to go around. It's compounded even more at this clinic due to the good location. Even if you get there 30 min before they open there will be a dozen people already waiting outside. If you get there after its already open then will be definitely in for a wait. Book an appointment a few days before if you can. If you can't then expect to be sitting for a while with some cranky sick people being handled by an overworked staff trying get people through like cattle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience. I had an infection in my jaw, made an appointment. The dr sent in a prescription for antibiotics. After day 4 of taking the antibiotics, the pain spread to my ear and throat. I called to see if I could come in to do an exam and he snapped at me to go to a dentist. So I told him the pain was in my eat and neck, his response was "then go to the hospital, Im not seeing any patients!!" So you charge me for a visit but refuse to actually do your job? Never going/phoning this joke of a dr again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Douglas and his office team! I have been receiving the absolute BEST care from them since January of this year (2021), when my own family doctor was on maternity and I coudl not find anyone to help. I walked into this clinic in January with a serious blood issue (which I did not know at the time) and Dr. Douglas investigated my issue thoroughly! He sent me for every test possible and referred me to the appropriate specialists immediately! He has followed up with me continualy. He phones me to see how I am doing and he returns every call on the same day! His staff have provided me with copies of my test results upon request and they are always polite and extremely helpful! I am so impressed with Dr. Douglas and his entire team! I would highly recommend them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give it zero stars I would. My son has had reoccurring breathing problems, we were told the first time that it was likely bronchitis and given a puffer. He had a bad reaction to his puffer that landed us in the hospital so I didn’t want him using it. We could not get into our family doctor so I thought it better to “go to” a walk-in rather than the emergency as it was technically not an “emergency “. I was hoping maybe an X-ray could be ordered to finally let us know what was wrong. Dr Douglas was so rude, kept cutting my son off and told him to go to his family doctor. No wonder hospital emergency is overflowing with people that really could have been seen at a clinic. The kicker is that he will be paid for this visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre covid, I had appointments here a few times. All of which I saw Dr Clasina Fourie. And during covid, a few times with phone appts as well with Dr Fourie. She is very professional, very thorough and very receptive to all my questions. I feel confident with Dr Fourie as my go-to Doctor.
