I booked an appointment with Dr. Randhawa to discuss regarding my back pain. he just asked me to take 2 tablets of extra strength Tylenol when ever my back hurts. I asked him is there any way to know why it's paining, surprisingly he said there're so many reasons and he can't tell one. I'm only 28 years old and I said you're saying to take medicine rest of my life and there's nothing I can do about it. he just said good bye and hung up on me...
very unprofessional and rude behavior, never ever expected from a doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed new doc because I am new to Abby and these guys have the worst front desk service they put you on hold even though they are not very busy every time I did walk in these guys are not even busy!! Do not recommend this clinic for any reasons find your self better clinic elsewhere waste of time!!!! I don’t think doc ever check their reviews on google and what is pt dealing with just there to get paid from Government then calling it a day WORST WORST FOR RECOMMENDATION!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors and staff are unprofessional and mentally unstable probably due to the pandemic. Especially when it comes to etiquettes it really deserves this rating. I guess in medical school they don't teach etiquettes, manners and respect. We as patients have the right to have respect as much as they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to get a hold of the reception for two weeks to book an appointment to see my family doctor. I call 10+ times a day hoping to get through and it keeps going to a voicemail service that doesn’t accept voicemails. Not sure how to get an appointment. I even tried emailing a few times. This is ridiculous - no one has this much time to waste trying to book an appointment. Never had this experience at any medical office before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reviews here are not accurate. I have been seeing Dr. Randhawa my whole life - he is kind and patient. He gets to the root of the problem and I am on my way. Dr. Jas Gill is also very efficient. I had an infection a few months ago. I called the clinic at 4:30 pm. Dr. Gill spoke to me right away and had me pick up a prescription that evening. I felt so much better the next morning.
Yes, the clinic is busy but the doctors here are compassionate and helpful.

The front staff on the other hand are extremely rude and it takes like 10 phone calls just to book an appointment over the phone. The front staff have rude responses and aren't professional at all. But overall, the doctors are amazing and are able to help you feel better
