I am excited to know that Dr. Yong is caring and informed. I feel comfortable dealing with him and will continue to do so. He listens and gives his best advice and I believe I will get good care from him.

I am excited to know that Dr. Yong is caring and informed. I feel comfortable dealing with him and will continue to do so. He listens and gives his best advice and I believe I will get good care from him. He follows up with tests and books only phone appointments if it is not necessary to attend in person. I like the administrative staff and have not felt as if they are too busy to speak with me or deal with my appointments.

I went there as a walk-in patient and met Dr. Yong, he is an amazing doctor. He listens patiently and guides well. My husband and son also took his guidance later, they were also impressed. He’s knowledgeable, courteous and soft-spoken. Moreover, the staff at reception is also polite and nice. We have applied to be his regular patients due to our recent experiences. Highly recommended to everyone!

Terrible receptionists. I went there to have my toddler sen. They couldn't understand my coverage and wouldn't take the time to understand. They tried to tell me that I was not covered without even checking. I 100% am covered. I can see that im, not the only one to have issues with the clinic.

Very rude, unprofessional staff and I went to see Dr. Sanivarapu. I couldn’t find my mask and nor do they offer at the clinic considering it’s a medical clinic. Started attacking me for not wearing one. When I said I am looking in my purse and found one and wore it. On top Dr. Sanivarapu denied her services to my family on my vaccination status. She did not give me a chance to explain myself but talk to me rudely in her office. Exceptional rude staff and prejudiced. I am glad she is not my family doctor nor I would ever want to deal with such unprofessional doctor.

Dr yong is not very professional at all!! Wont admit if he doesnt know something just wings it three times now been given cream recommendations that did nothing to cure my 15 month olds dry patches on his legs. He doesnt get back to you if youre waiting to do a meet and greet to see about him taking you on as a new patient just silence but have figured out patients are getting rid of him then he calls you for a meet and greet. Will be accepting new patients againad i am looking for a new more experinced doctor not to mention his counter staff are absolutely useless try getting an answer on the phone straight tovoicemail cause they dont answer the bloody phone

Dr. Yong has been my family physician for over a year. I have been dealing with breathing issues and persistent asthma attacks for over two years. In a recent conversation, I had asked why he denied me short-term medical leave when I was waiting for Fasenra injection approval. Injections are only given for severe asthma cases as they cost $4000 per shot. This was November 2021. At this point, there was documentation outlining my eosinophil count, elevated hemoglobin, white blood cell count and lung function test all indicating that I was having severe breathing issues. He had access to all the documentation and he was the one who referred me to the respirologist so he also had the contact information. He denied me the leave saying I had to get it from the respirologist who I couldn't because he was on vacation for three weeks. At this point, I was having 4 asthma attacks/week and about 3-4 hours of sleep per night. Additionally, the secondary school where I taught had several COVID cases. He instead said my asthma may be caused by anxiety and provided me with anxiety medication even though there was no evidence. At my appointment yesterday I asked him his reasoning for denying the leave. He said he denied it because it was hard to determine because I was a new patient and apologised. But the damage is done. At the time of my request, I had seen him for over 6 months. I am a professional with two post-secondary degrees who value my career and he denied me this leave. I had to go to work on three hours of sleep for weeks, with my FEV1 at 56% for over a month. As soon as my respirologist returned, he immediately wrote me the leave application but by then my health had significantly deteriorated and I am still recovering. I now have FEV1 at 69% on injections and three inhalers so I am doing a bit better. But this situation has left me with significant anxiety that I would be forced to work or lose my income while sick and in fear that my lung function will diminish more.
