Saved almost $50 while I was at it, too! 1 star for having what we were looking for in stock, -4 for your horrendous employees in the department. Will happily do all my shopping online (with other retailers) from here on out.

I made some big missteps earlier this week when trying to wipe my MacBook to factory and reinstall the OS. I made an appointment for an in person Apple Tech which I thought was to actually look at it. The appointment was to check in the device for repair. Once I explained what I did to get my MacBook to its current state, he could have checked in my device for repair as per their usual procedure, but he helped me out right there on the spot. Exceptional customer service.

D	Darrell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great stores in BC. The only retailer that I'm aware of that sells PlayStation 5's (when they get stock) and didn't force mandatory bundles and warranty purchase like other retailers are doing. I'll remember this London Drugs. ?

It’s a huge location with everything you need: kitchenware, clothing, a huge electronics section with tons of sale items, toys, groceries, beauty and even furniture. I was upset when Target left Canada but London Drugs more than fills that gap. The thing I feel London Drugs has over Shoppers Drug Mart is the huge selection of sale items; and unlike Walmart, it’s completely Canadian.

It must have poor management, which reflects on the staff. Common sense is out the window at this place. Avoid unless you have to retrieve a package and don’t have the choice, in which case, my sympathies.
S	Skyler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location with a really good electronics section. They have pretty good deals on stuff and will generally be on par with places like bestbuy. The staff here are helpful and friendly. It's clean and well stocked. There's underground located in same complex.
