E	Erika W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So tired of the horrible service in the pharmacy ? Ever since I moved my prescriptions over to shoppers I have had NOTHING but problems and/or issues. Never ready when they say they will be, constantly searching for prescriptions on pick up and ridiculously long waits! One girl to hand out meds even with long line up, what looks yo be 5-7 pharmacist/techs to fill and 2 ladies doing intakes. Someone with a disability and on extremely high cost medications picked up monthly, one would think it would not be so bloody difficult. Clearly it is rocket science but no one knows how the rocket or the science works????

The staff is always friendly when I go in and the pharmacists are always really attentive and check with me about any interactions with medications.

Medication being lost, can’t find faxes and even when they do, it’s still not filled 2 days after my doctors have sent them. Urgent medication refused and I had to call my doctor at home on a Sunday before they would fill it. Extremely slow and long wait times once I arrive even though I’ve called a few hours ahead to make sure it’s there. If there was any other pharmacy near me that had late hours, I would never get a script filled there again.

I needed a prescription refill last minute (two actually) as I didn’t realize my prescriptions were on their last legs. and I called late in the evening and the lovely human working there was able to get my refills done within the hour. Can’t thank her enough ! Super polite, kind and an absolute life saver.

We came in and one of the ladys working the post crossed out the new shipping adress! She then told us we have to go to UPS to ship it out because of her mistake! And its not like we have. A printer to print a new one. Unbelievable!
G	Gary GnU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unorganized chaos combined poor telephone communication skills. If you’re from out of province and require prescriptions, fill it anywhere else in the province. Three phone calls over two days discussing a prescription faxed from out of province and at no time was I directed to come in before picking up a prescription faxed (twice) two days ago to complete any profile before being entered into a queue. I’ll repeat, poor customer service, communication skills require refreshment.
H	Helmut Straner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I wanted to send a basic 10 page letter in a paper envelope to Utah in the US and was quoted packages between 31 and 51 Canadian Dollars, without guarantees of timely delivery. There was questions about how I had put the return address on the envelope (crossed-out) and also the value (none). First the price and then the conversation frustrated me. It is a simple few pages of paper to our 'only' neighboring country. I did ask for my letter back and left, went to the Post Office on First Ave. They processed it in two minutes, put a sticker on it, tracked, guaranteed, for 15.04.- CAD ... (13.40.- plus 1.64.- fuel supplement) I still give five stars as we are to pick up our parcels here and never had an issue.
