Didn't read the other reviews for this store otherwise have never brought my iphone for repair over here. *** Went there for getting my iphone xs battery replaced. Booked online through Apple repair service. Went there from all the way from Abbotsford. Got the paperwork done and asked about the time it will take to replace battery. The answer was 'we will start working on it right now if we have the part in stock'. After waiting for two hours in store the salesperson asked the repair tech about my phone. He came out with my phone in recovery mode. Tech told me it will take another two hours to update it and then he will run calibration test but they are closing soon. Tech told me to pick up phone next day. They say it take one day to replace battery. Got other three iphones batteries replaced. Max time was an hour and half with software update. Would not recommend going to this store for iphone battery replacement at least.

My wife and I were lining up at customer service to ask an employee (lady with reddish hair) at the desk regarding Pokémon cards that have just released today. The employee just shouted “are you guys here for Pokémon cards?” We said “yes” and the employee pointed at the shelf to her left and rudely said “well I don’t see it there unless I’m blind”. She was talking to us while we were still in line to get helped and she was helping a person in front of us at the same time. Multitasker, yes. Helping 2 customers at the same time, great. But we weren’t happy with how she spoke to us at all. We did check the shelf before lining up but the reason why we wanted to ask her was because some London Drugs keep them behind closed shelves and not in the open. She should be trained for better customer service. I know that customer service can be hectic sometimes, but it wasn’t even busy. And even if it was busy, it doesn’t give her the right to be rude.

Tried getting help to replace a speaker component in home theatre department multiple times, but it was useless. They take my name and number but never call back. I called in to listen to home theatre equipment and was told its all in working order and to come on in, once i arrived to listen...nothing worked and employees just stared at each other. I feel like im a burden just asking for anything, even picking up pictures. Gonna avoid this location for the time being. Id rather drive to a farther location.

I understand theft happens in retail stores as well mistakes are made with the manufacturer. I went in today hoping to get a exchange. The lady at the customer service desk not once take ownership or apologized for the inconvenience. Simply asked me to go in the back of the store, bring one up for a exchange to find out none were available. Just told me refund is only option and provided refund. Granted what she did wasn't incorrect but took no ownership and didn't seem to care that I have a sick spouse. No people skills whatsoever...

E	Ellen Mackarell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to express my appreciation to the Pharmacy and all of its staff. I have been getting my Prescriptions filled here for a number of years. I have found the Staff to be knowledgeable, kind and more than willing to go above and beyond to assure my safety and overall well being. I must compliment the Pharmacy Manager Rodger who runs this place so efficiently. I must also mention Francis and Ron. They are always there to answer any and all questions. I am never made to feel that any question is a wrong one. I must compliment the Pharmacy Techs who are always so pleasant and go out of there way to again assist me. I could mention them by name as well but do not want to leave anyone out as there are a few. I take great comfort in knowing that I am well cared for. I must compliment London Drugs itself for all of the Services they provide to there Patrons such as Home Delivery for those who can not get to them. I realize the dispensing fees vary but you are far better to find a good and reputable Pharmacy. This way they get to know you and your needs. There is less room for error. This is especially true if you take multiple medications. If you are looking for a Pharmacy and a Store that will meet all your expectations look no further than London Drugs in the Junction in Mission. They are all fantastic.
