★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the staff either doesn't know what products are called, or have no idea what stock they have. I asked an associate where i might find a compass. He automatically had to ask ( on his communication device) where it was. I was informed that it was only available on line. I then found the drafting supplies, and found an abundance of different compasses... good job staff. Keep up the good work.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Cricut joy machine as a Christmas gift and tried to return it unopened, still with the seals in place. It was over the return time but it was in brand new condition. I was at least looking for a store credit.

1rst my mask was too low, then it didn't cover my nose enough.
This is not a usless napkin like some but a costco bought mask.
Trying to ask a question about a pc from this kid and it was directions on mask wearing.
I'm done, Canada computers is getting my hard earned money.
Really wanted to keep the money local but this is Jan 2022, enough with the paranoia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sold my senior citizen mom a fax, copier, scanner, printer for almost $400 (incl a $70 1yr repair policy). Look at this this thing, for a senior! My mom went in there looking for something "not complicated", that she could use to print stuff that was emailed to her, and to scan and email out. I had no idea about this until she called me with tears of frustration that she couldnt get it to work. Staples wont take it back because she threw away the styrofoam, because she trusted they sold her something she asked for ..."uncomplicated". When I spoke to the manager about it today I was told they won't take it back without styrofoam because that's Brother's policy; completely disregarding the fact that it was their sales rep who sold my mom something totally inappropriate for a senior citizen. How about a scanner printer for $110? Nice work, Staples. I'm sure I don't have to say I'll never shop there again, but I said it anyway. Wish I could give zero stars for ripping off my mon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Store! Staff really don't care about the customer and the manager stands outside the store smoking. Shop at amazon and get a better deal and selection and save the gas in your car because Staples won't have it anyway!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staples in Mission is a smaller Staples then you'll find in Vancouver but the staff is much friendlier and easier to interact with. They are knowledgeable, small town friendly and quick to help. Online ordering and pickup at the store is simple and fast. I ordered online in the morning and picked up my order that afternoon. Great little store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is specifically regarding a young man who works for the Mission Staples: Eben. Eben works in the printer section of the store. I had some questions regarding printers and ink. Nothing out of the ordinary for him, I'm sure. What was out of the ordinary was his knowledge, confidence and willingness to be of service. He was professional and polite, helpful. It was refreshing and much appreciated,. He deserves a pat on the back and a little recognition! :) Good work Eben! Thanks for such lovely service.
