This sto Re is in a strip mall with a lot of other stores, so I'm able to take care of a lot of errands in one place. Its easy to pick up a lot of groceries or just pop in for a few things. I highly recommend Freshco.

And upon checking out I asked the girl if she wraps them, and I pointed to the floral bags they have hanging there. She looked at me like I was insane. She said "I have no idea." LOL ? terrible customer service. I asked another worker if they have a box or something to carry it the flowers seeing as I had multiple, and she said in produce they might. So she went to the back and came back with one so +1 star for her. But when she came back she slammed it down and I said "thank you have a nice day" and we got no answer and she stommoed away! Mind blown. I was polite the whole time! I make a point to ask how everyone I interact with is doing and tell then have a good day etc, I'm personable and not rude at all. As I love going to businesses and meeting people, and rating my experience. So I have no reason to be rude, even if they are. But I'm definitely never going to that store again. If you don't want to work customer service, then maybe ask your boss to change positions. Or ask for training ? I'll just go to superstore where they actually are real humans thanks.

The store is smaller than most grocery stores which is nice for elderly, others with pain issues or who have a hard time getting around. Weekly they have a sale on at least one item that just can not be beat. Staff is friendly and it looks like they hire a lot of our communities school aged youth. Love that!
