Was a pleasure dealing with Rob and his installer, James... no questions unanswered and install done so smoothly! Definitely recommend these folks for your gas fireplace install!

Rob was super to deal with and very patient in my choosing a unit. His communication was fantastic from start to finish. I’m happy with the finished product as well. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a Valor H3 fireplace with a clean kit install and birch log set from Alpha Home Energy in Abbotsford. Rob and his crew handled everything very professionally.
We already had reno's in progress along with our own gas fitter. Even so Rob happily dealt with us, and even figured out some measurements for us. Plus his initial all in price was well worth the drive from Chilliwack.
Moreover, after sales service and our extra parts return were seamless.
Most of all this unit is so realistic looking when it's on, only missing the log crackling noise! Heat is also outstanding. Even without a fan option it radiates very well. We did get the 120 volt ignition adapter option, well worth $40.
