We did a major renovation and had 2 new fireplaces installed... and Jim’s involvement was one of the easiest and straight forward parts of the process. He was prompt with correspondence and provided a quote immediately... which was a major contrast to the other companies I contacted — some didn’t get back to me and others took well over a week to respond and/or provide a quote. Jim’s quote was competitive. Not only was the correspondence prompt and the price better than others, his team showed up on the installation day and everything was smooth sailing. The technicians came in, did the job, cleaned up after themselves, and gave us an overview of how the fireplaces worked. We had a few hiccups afterward with some minor issues... and Jim was again super prompt and addressed the issues immediately. I can’t recommend this company enough!! Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time!!
