Few days later, she calls to inform us that steel prices have dropped temporarily and gives a new quote that is even cheaper. That level of customer service and transparency blew us all away. Definitely a different mentality and culture altogether at Racksteel, it was very obvious they value people and building relationships first.

The installation crew that attended our Site was fantastic in particular. They were polite, worked efficiently and were spot on from a Safety perspective. For future Warehouse and shelving needs RACKSTEEL will be our first phone call. GREAT WORK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our first time to install racking in the warehouse. We know nothing about the procedure. Cheryl and Stuart did a great job. They explained all the steps carefully and patiently. From quotation to the racking installed and get the permit from the city of Burnaby. They responded us quickly every time when we had any questions about the installation or permit issue. Highly recommended for anyone who want to install racking!!
