★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently dealt with a situation with United Rentals customer service department. A gentlemen name Brandon helped me out with a serious personal concern and got to the bottom of this. He also spoke to the Manager Christopher about this matter. Brandon was very patience and understanding with listening to what I had to say and he actually cared because he went above and beyond and even followed up with me a week after. It's rare these days to have this kind of gesture or concern with customer service department. Brandon should get a little bonus, promotion or even a raise for what he did. He definitely worked from his heart which is hard to encounter these days. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Brandon. You keep it up! Thank you to the Manager Christopher for making all the right decisions to solve the situation. Thank you United Rentals Team for listening to my concern. Thank You Brandon! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and helpful. I showed up 4:30 on a Friday to get a tool i needed for the weekend, the lady behind the counter was very nice, helpful and good at her job. Even going the extra mile to get me what I needed when the tool was at a diffrent location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent communications and service by the staff on setting up reservations for equipment to scheduling delivery and re-delivery to another site. Equipment rented for 4 weeks worked as expected and made it possible to do the work that I had to get done.
