★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ours was a unique and complicated installation in an antique cast iron fireplace insert. Getting gas to it was difficult enough but it took a lot of skill and ingenuity to make the lighting system easily accessible and secure. The technicians were patient and creative and truly went above and beyond! We couldn't be more pleased!

low quality of installation. the client said to you that they would accept a new face plate or credit. what is the problem with fireplaces unlimited to stop communicating when they are in the wrong?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm happy with my recent service call as far as fixing my gas fireplace, but not happy with the fact your Technition used our washroom in the middle of a pandemic. I know when you have to go you have to go but there should be better planning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother Ian B highly recommended this establishment. After a brief negotiation, i insisted that i want perfection. My old fireplace needed to go, and i wanted the appearance of a chimney, in my condo. They had the unit for me, and then some.
The kicker, is they also have access to AMAZING stone masons. This whole build puts a grin ear to ear, with a giggle here and there. Thank you Daniel and team. We will do business again, some day.

Daniel Briceno was extremely knowledgeable in their products and help me select the fireplace that best suited my home.
Installation went smoothly, just in time before the cold snap...I couldn’t be happier.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Fireplaces Unlimited.

They have an excellent selection of fireplaces, they know their product, and both their sales person and installer were polite, friendly and helpful in every respect. We would not hesitate to do business there again.

They went out of their way to ensure their customer was happy.
The E110 is beautiful, and I have given 3 people the information on where to purchase it.
