Babco

Last week I had my Peak 408-P installed in Edmonton, Alberta. I am very pleased with the new 4 post lift. Karlene in sales has very helpful getting me set-up with the right hoist and accessories, she had the quote back to me the same day. On installation day the local Babco installer, Jim Bell, was excellent, he set up my lift 100% level, square and perfectly adjusted. He is a seasoned professional and taught me everything I needed to know. I would recommend Babco for your lift/equipment needs.

First allow me to state that I am not related to, or paid by the AMAZING ROCKSTAR, Darcy Wilson! I ordered the LR-60P after speaking with Darcy for close to an hour and helping me figure out the best lift/hoist for my custom VW bug project. Then she went to bat and got me an extra 2% discount and continued to help even after the lift/hoist was paid for by tracking down my delivery when it was delayed! I HIGHLY recommend asking for Darcy Wilson if you want ROCKSTAR service and ROCKSTAR discounts!

Got a PEAK 408-P, 4 post lift, from Babco, and it is a beauty. Abdul was very good to deal with, and was quick and efficient. I had it delivered to my work location as we have a forklift. It was then opened there, and I took it home in 2 separate loads. All the pieces could be handled by myself, except for the main platforms; man is the one with the hydraulic cylinder heavy; you wont move this one by yourself. Instructions were pretty good. Only suggestion is there should be a picture for installing the platforms, to indicate what direction hydraulic cylinder needs to be set. Had to turn platform with hydraulic cylinder, when getting ready to do hydraulic hose hook up, as hoses wouldn't reach. (hydraulic piston needed to be pushing away from power unit.) Shows other direction towards back of manual, but hoses wont reach that way. Even works for my motorcycle as expected, but have to remove ramp; as seen in picture. All in all, great lift, great service, and Ill purchase from them again; maybe the sliding bridge jack. :) UPDATE: I purchased the sliding bridge jack, and although it does the job, it wasn't as expected. The arms that extend out to lift the vehicle, DONT extend far enough to get to the jack points on a car; behind the front wheels and forward of the rear wheels. This leaves you trying to find a suitable point to jack from, which when working under the engine area, positions the bridge jack further forward than I would like. Suggest they build longer arms to reach out at least to the outer edge of the runways. Other than that works as expected. (See pic of limited extension) Also jack is mounted with the handle facing towards the vehicle, limiting jack handle movement, and causing you to beat your knuckles on underside of vehicle. Ive made a mod for this and turned the jack sideways. Works great now. (see pictures)

Purchased an Autostacker for my home garage and it was installed over a month ago. Spent twice as much for a premium product. Still doesn't work and still waiting for someone to call me back and make this right. Horrible communication, complete lack of urgency or care to solve the issue. Overall a terrible experience from Babco and Bendpak

I telephoned Babco to inquire about installing a 4 post car lift in my garage at home. Darcy was extremely helpful and put me in contact with Corey to ensure the lift would fit. Corey and Mike made a physical inspection and approved the installation. The lift was delivered and duly installed. The lift was bolted down. The lift works great and I am super happy. I can park 4 cars in my garage. I would recommend Darcy and Corey and Mike without hesitation. Great job and great service. Les

Just installed 209X Two post car lift, love it. Installer Jim and Jordon were awesome with installation and ready took the time with me to make sure I was comfortable. Kristen in sales was amazing to deal and was very quick to get back to me on any questions.

I'm a Automotive Technician and I use hoists all day every day, I've used almost every brand there is at this point. When it came time to purchase a hoist for my home shop I did a lot of research on more budget friendly hobby style hoists and really wasn't happy with the quality or features of any of them until I found Babco and I purchased a Peak 209X. The hoist is great quality for the price and included features that many of the other "hobbiest" hoists don't include like 3 stage arms and single point locking. Darcie the sales rep I dealt with at Babco was also extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Ordered my Bendpak Mid Rise Lift MDS-6LP-LPF from Babco. It was delivered on time, in perfect condition, all of the listed items were in order. Installation instructions were very good and the unit ran up with no issues. The quality is second to none, extremely pleased with Babco and Bendpak. Highly recommend dealing with them and buying Bendpak products.
