★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jerry was at our place on September 5, 2019, to service our furnace and hot water tank, both of which are about 15 years old. He arrived in the time frame we arranged, was polite and courteous and fielded a host of questions I had about the future lifespan of these items. He indicated that we still had a few years left with each and didn't try to talk us into anything new unnecessarily. I felt he was honest and sincere. Happy with his work, demeanor, and advice. Based on this experience I would recommend him to another customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted them at night as the furnace was not working. They got back to me fairly quickly and we booked for next morning. Jerry came within the 45 minute window he had promised which is better than most companies. He worked through the issue and found the circuit board was faulty. Had it working within 30 minutes and then gave me advice on cleaning etc and even showed me how to control my bathroom fan. I was very happy with the cost and service. If I need anything again it will be with them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! My husband and I made an appointment to get our furnace fixed. Jerry and his son came as promised and worked very hard at fixing our furnace. In the end, our furnace was too old and ended up needing to be replaced. They were really good at recommending several reputable companies that replaced furnaces. We initially still had to pay them for their labour and time; however, they later called us to say that they were a family business and they wanted to reimburse/refund us for the expenses. We are expecting twins and were working with a tight budget so we were extremely moved by their generosity, honesty, and integrity. They are a family operated business and it shows in the best ways possible. I would highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After getting what we felt was the most honest and thorough evaluation of our heating issues, we gave complete heating the go ahead to perform the repairs. The service went well and came in slightly less than anticipated as they were able to cover some of the items under a warranty that we didn't even know existed. We are grateful for their integrity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment set between 9am-10am to have hot water tank replaced - called at 10am and was told they didn’t send anyone because they hadn’t heard back? How many times do you need to confirm an appointment? The guy on the phone didn’t seem to care for my business, so I found a guy in town who is doing it for a better price!
Response from the company states the appointment was cancelled, this is untrue. The job was done elsewhere promptly and less expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed my furnace serviced...or so I thought. Apparently my furnace was installed by amateurs and the entire installation was in need of quite the overhaul. Complete Heating was honest with me about costs to get things "to code" again and gave me legit options to choose between rest. When I asked or considered certain options, they were honest with me about what should and shouldn't be fixed before I "one day" replace my heating system. They didn't pressure me into wanting the most expensive but best quality of life options available.
My job required that they needed to come back for a second visit which they took care of so I didn't have to worry about babysitting them or being forgotten.
At the end of the day, they gave me an awesome product, amazing service, fantastic price, and 0 reason to not use them again. Their honesty and integrity shows that they just want what's best for you. It was a stress-free, trustworthy experience.

They stayed on top of it until it was in good working order . I really appreciated that Jerry checked in to see that things we're still going well awhile later. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them for any problems in the future or tell my friends n family Thank you so much all toasty here now ??♥️
