From the moment I called to the last moments they left, the service they provided was beyond anything we expected! They know they’re stuff and now, not only do we have an upgraded tankless water heater (which is worth the cost), but a company we know we can trust. We’ll definitely seek out their services from here on out!

Josh was able to quickly identify the source of the leak, which was not where I expected it. Josh was very professional, and able to give me some good preventative advice. Recently our outside water tap failed, I called them and they were here within hours. Today a smiling Josh appeared and spent 1 1/2 hours here replacing the tap,no charge due to product failure. IMO it would be in your best interest to call this company for all your plumbing needs.

From the initial contact to book the appointment right through the issue being resolved, complete professionalism. Received an email confirming my appointment. The plumber, Josh, called 15 mins before his arrival. A very courteous, young man that was professional in every way. Shoe removal at the front door, drop cloths, took mucky drain mess outside. Josh is very warm and personable and problem solved our issue in a timely manner. He was also able to be flexible with assisting with clearing a clog in our bathroom sink. Josh is definitely an asset to your business and represents Tap 2 Drain in a VERY professional manner. Thank you for sending him our way.

Chris, Ron and Taylor did a wonderful job explaining everything they were doing and made in incidental improvements to our plumbing system as needed. We had a new toilet and two sinks installed as well as replacement of all Poly-B water pipes in our 35 year old home. They managed the whole project from Poly-B removal, new pipe installation, some fixture installation and disposal, as well as gyproc repair which we really appreciated. Always on time and did everything better than expected. Reliable and recommended!

They are friendly, efficient, careful, and completed the work in less time than I expected. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. We have children with special needs and are careful who we have to our house to do repairs. I have used them in the past for other plumbing repairs and will continue to use them. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Lori at the office is easy to talk to and was very helpful with all the questions I had.

Ron was the plumber that came to our house with his helper Taylor. They both worked extremely hard and were extremely nice. The drywallers that came to repair the holes were also extremely nice. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs their Poly B pipes replaced.
