★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Atlanta Flooring to purchase new vinyl plank flooring and to have it installed. The Installer did a great job and the price was right. They were great about installing the flooring expediently as I had just moved to a new place and needed to get settled. I had one complaint and it was dealt with to my satisfaction, proving they give excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an awesome experience with Atlanta Flooring. They were contracted to replace our floor through Service Master (who were an absolute nightmare) due to dishwasher flood. They were efficient with their assessment and provided a wide variety of laminate samples within our insurance budget. The installer was great as well. I also really liked that they sent a follow-up email the day after install to make sure everything went well and provide a coupon for an area rug. Would definitely use them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our contractor recommended Atlanta Flooring and we are so glad he did. We worked with Ruth and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. She was incredibly knowledgeable but more than that, an absolute joy to work with. She helped us pick out our flooring as well as backsplash tile and bathroom tile, she had great ideas and kept us within budget. Again, cannot recommend her - and Atlanta - enough :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am hoping that you can share my message with Karen Poh. I needed to reach out and express my gratitude for the service, commitment and the quality of the product we purchased. Ours was a unique situation-I would hope!- with little time to waste accessing the hardwood flooring to replace a botched order with another provider. Karen truly went above and beyond to help me, but most importantly, at no time did I feel any sales pressure but rather like I was talking with a friend or colleague who helped me make sense of the choices in front of me. We will most definitely come back to Atlanta Flooring for any of our future flooring needs and I will happily share my experience, beginning at our block party this afternoon! It feels rare to have had a satisfying exchange like this through our renovations and it will be remembered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had about 50 trades work on our new home in Abbotsford, and Atlanta Flooring was right at the top. Great service (Manny went above and beyond the call on many occasions), and most importantly fantastic installers who care about their craft. Would use again in a minute!

Had flooring installed and it looks bad.
Big gaps in the flooring and separation.
They say it is the suppliers problem and will do nothing about it.
The supplier was sent pictures and they say it is the installation.
No one is helping us out and we are out of pocket for $18000.00
Do not get these guys to do your flooring. Liars and con artists.
Pass this on so no ones else gets ripped off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Bought new floors for the whole house.
The wood floors they installed failed immediately with huge gaps and separation. ""shabby installation""
Sent tech to repair but two months later failed again.
Now they sent in a worker to assess the problems said they would get back to us but never did.
We reached out to the owner and he replied it was a manufactures problem.
Never gave us the suppliers info and will not fix the floors.
Now the carpets have threads falling out everywhere.
Obviously cheap products and inexperienced installers that work here.
The hard wood floors scratch super easy and was guarantied not to scratch.
Every excuse in the book from these guys and delays.
I would never recommend this company to any one should have a negative 10 review.

The installation team were polite and their professionalism really shows! Wonderful quality! Im very pleased with the work and how everything was coordinated! I will be a returning customer!
