I would give more stars if possible and will definitely use him for all our future repair and maintenance needs.

Rep-air not only texts you as to who is coming to your home, but they send a picture of the technician so you know who to expect. Great company!

Colin our service tech that came out was full of smiles loves his job and had a wonderful sense of humor. Was able to identify our leak and broken pipe and expertly explaned and was able to fix our broken drains and pipes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colin is very competent and professional. I could tell right from the start when he put his mask on before entering the house that I made the right decision. Very respectful and mannerly. He explained in a clear and understandable way what was wrong with my furnace. He showed me why it was not working, showed me how he would fix it and also how to maintain it going forward. Based on my experience with Colin I would comfortably recommend Rep-Air to any of my friends and acquaintances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a colleague recommend Justin/Rep-Air and they were 1 of 3 to quote me. Justin came to the house, was very professional but also easy to talk with. Decided to go with them and was very glad I did. Pricing was in the middle of my 3 quotes but felt good about the American Standard products they were going to use.
Had at least 2 guys here (sometimes 3) so the install of furnace & a/c was very fast & efficient.
They were professional and courteous but with personality. They explained everything they were going to do and when done went over some user tips & tricks. Worked and left my garage clean & tidy. Highly recommend them, very happy with the service. Thank you Eddie & Justin and a shout out to Mary who was amazing every time I called the business.
