After they removed our sink and replaced it, we were told that they do not do the silicone around the sink and that someone else would be doing that. That was very strange to us. Who has ever heard of a plumber not finishing the job that they started? Unfortunately when someone was sent to do the silicone,the sink was not square when the silicone was put down. The plumber then sent someone else to remove the silicone and redo it, but all he did was cut the silicone and sink off the countertop and tack the sink in place because he didn't have the right color silicone with him. Someone else then had to be sent out to do the silicone, but the old stuff was not cleaned off of the sink or countertop properly. Instead he just put more on over the old. It took a very long time and when he finished, there was silicone everywhere on the sink and countertop (including lots inside the sink) and the silicone began to separate from the old stuff shortly after. When I phoned to talk to them about it, I was told that the job had cost them too much, and it was now in the hands of the builder to take care of the problem, that they would not do any more to rectify the problem. As far as I am concerned, I recommend that you stay away as they do not stand behind there work or go the extra distance to see a jodhpur done right instead of running away!!!
R	Ron Kellington on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrysten installed my Dishwasher, Garburator and Sinks. Under the sink looks good, but looks can be deceiving. The rubber hose from the Dishwasher to the Garburator is too short and it is the wrong size ( and the water supply hose to the dishwasher is too short). As a result the hose clamp on the neoprene 'joiner' on the rubber hose can't be tightened properly... the neoprene joiner or transition is the WRONG SIZE ... but they used it anyways so I had a leak in my brand new kitchen! Incompetent shoddy work. It's a good thing I hadn't fired up the Dishwasher yet... that would likely have really flooded out my cabinet below the sinks. Doesn't anyone TEST out their systems anymore? They're supposed to come today to fix it .... we'll see how that goes.
T	Trudy Sapach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kirk Lanz the owner of Atrysten Plumbing & Heating Ltd, supposedly a good friend of ours installed a Rinnai, two different units, one system for hot water heating and the other for domestic water on demand system back in 2006 in our residential home. Gave Atrysten Plumbing a total of $11,042.35 for the installation. Had trouble with the system within the first year. When we called Kirk, he mentioned to us that the company only installs systems, but does not service them. Found it odd that they would not come back to service it, after all the money we spent. Never heard of such a thing, from then on and until last year we had plumbing companies come to fix different issues, and they did tell us that this was the wrong system for our needs, and completely installed wrong, however; because we spent so much to initially install the system, we tried to keep it working by fixing it and costing us an additional total of $5,548.03, and finally realized we have to correct this. This year (2019) we finally got a plumbing company that knows what they are doing , have warranty and stand behind their work, to totally tear out the old system and replace it with a new one. Working great and more efficiently now . I would never recommend Atrysten Plumbing to anyone, whether residential or commercial, I believe he only does commercial now. Never trust a so called good friend for any work that you need done and always inquire about the service and warranty before the work has started. This was a very costly lesson for us. Absolutely a terrible rating for this company.
F	Frank Paulicelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! They do not warranty their work, only manufacturer warranty. Sink faucets installed too far back, so water on back counter when washing hands. Told that it met code, would not recall lace/repair. Under counter sink collapsed. Found it was only held by two straps, one of which barely caught corner of sink. Sloppy, lazy install. Hot water tank constantly trickling water. I called and asked if they knew what problem might be. As soon as I said that it was six years old the service rep immediately said, “well it’s over warranty so nothing we can do”. I pressed and said I understood but asked if they might have an idea what cause could be and maybe something I could fix. Response was that they couldn’t say and I should call local plumber. Apparently they only do commercial or large residential installs. I’m in a Yorkson/Reddale built townhouse, which Atrysen still does installs for. If you buy a Yorkson-Reddale or any build Atrysen installs for, check your plumbing and fixtures immediately and hold their feet to the fire through the developer.
F	FUTUSAMA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They literally emailed me saying they are going to wait for weeks to fix an ACTIVE leak just because its under warranty. They came to "hammer" the pipe to stop the leak. after an hour, the pipe started to leak again.
