I'll be looking in to this more and potentially pursuing legal action if they looked at anything else, which I'm guessing they did.
Really bad for samsung and really bad for the store. I feel violated and ripped off.

Agha took the phone in to diagnose, spent the time disassembling it, and then didn't charge a dime, even after me asking a second time looking to confirm this. Would highly recommend for this simple fact that he didn't try to upsell or misdiagnose

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for my first time and had such a wonderful experience, they were able to transfer over all my contacts, messages and pictures from my water logged broken phone when everywhere else said they couldn't do it. Super professional and extremely helpful. I have never had such great customer service before in my life, and I am a store manager that works with customers everyday, and I walked out so happy.
