β β β β β 2 hour wait for 5 people ahead of me. The doctor prescribed me antibiotics which were zero help for my infection, had to goto the hospital 2 days later for proper medication.

β β β β β Go in on Tuesday, and despite the fact they are open according to their hours, they just aren't....
Then come back the next day. Get told it's a 2 hour wait. So I come back 2 hours later, and still have to wait another 2 hours.
Receptionist even said my Heath Card was expired, when it wasn't. Only reason to go here is cause it's close to my house

β β β β β My daughter was sick and suffering from an ear infection. She was screaming and her temperature was very high. The doctor examined her and told me that there is nothing. The virus will go away after a few days. Then he went to the family doctor, Dr. Samim Al-Qadi, and told me that she suffers from severe ear infection and from the severity of the infection, her eardrum was perforated and your antibiotics were prescribed This is the first case. As for the second case, it is today. My son is very sick and suffers from a headache and a high temperature. I went to the medical center and was examined by his doctor there. The response was nothing. The ear is clean and the throat is clean. There are no infections. My appointment was at 1:30 Then my doctor DR, Samim Al-Qadi called and asked me about my sonβs condition and asked me to come at 3:20. I went and was examined and diagnosed with acute ear infection and a sore throat. The doctor showed me that and your medication was prescribed to my son. I quickly went back to the center and saw the doctor and explained to her what happened and she replied coldly. I did not examine him well. I did not use the stick. To see an episode, I was surprised and asked her why you didn't. She said this is my way, and if you don't like it, don't go back to this center. I'm really upset.

β β β β β 3 stars for the treatment. Doctor was quick but I felt she rushed.
One of the receptionists was bad. She didn't even bother trying to be nice or helpful. She ignored me and I had to try multiple times to get her attention.

β β β β β Bussed all the way to the clinic since they said on their website they were open for walk ins today until 5PM. When I arrived there was a note on the door simply stating walk ins were closed for 2 days. It would be nice to know this information online before arriving to avoid this situation. Hopefully their website gets updated more regularly in the future and communication improves.

β β β β β Went to this clinic for a walk in appointment for a B12 injection. Not sure what all the complaints are about as the receptionist/admin is efficient and straight to the point. Don't expect small talk from a busy walk in clinic, it's busier than you know behind that desk. The B12 shot went well. Spent 1h total, entry to exit. I was very impressed with the health pamphlets in the waiting area, the first time I've ever seen an HS infographic as well. The doctors are friendly and efficient.
