Wood Mountain Regional Park is located 8km south of the town of Wood Mountain in Saskatchewan.
WMRP is best known for its unique rolling hills location. Perfect site for family gatherings, offering spacious campsites and family activities.
Home of Camp Woodboia, who offers youth a fun summertime activity.
It’s also the site of Canada’s oldest continuous Rodeo. The Wood Mountain Stampede is held annually in July since 1890. There are many other events to take in at the park, including Cowboy Poetry gatherings.
The park has a hall for family gatherings and also a booth with confectionery goods and meals. If you want to eat or cook indoors, a summer kitchen is available for use. Laundry, shower, and trailer facilities are also available.

On the bright side, you'll never see skies like that. Far from everything, you'll enjoy the quietness. You'll feel like a cowboy for a night... concession is what to expect. Make sure to bring your checkbook, as it is self registration, and you need to leave payment in a mailbox. No cash... Pool, and play area are perfect for young kids... Enjoy!
