★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have hiked here a bunch of times. My boyfriend and I even had a picnic near the river here. It'sa very nice forest and makes for a very awesome hike. It was a very steep hill though and very skinny path ontop of the hill so if you're going the whole way watch your step. There's a creek at the beginning of the path that is very nice and relaxing to listen to makes for a very nice and calming walk so even if you don't go in deep you'll still have a nice walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a gem in the city . It's only minutes from the city but it feels like your kilometres away. Lots of frogs and fish in creek. You can even spot the fish in the creek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to visit to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. It's hard to believe it's right in the middle of it all! It's heavily forested, with well marked and maintained trails which will take you along the river. Lots of wildlife to be found as well, if you can manage to catch a glimpse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in here on a whim and LOVED it. Gentle, paved areas for those who want an easy trail. Rougher terrain for those who like a good hike. Perfect for beginner to intermediate hikers. Very popular with lots of dogs so definitely KEEP ON LEASH. Nice views at the top of the hill behind the houses of Balnagowan. Only street parking available though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for kids of all ages, nice loop and has easy to moderate slopes. It doesn't take very long. My 4-year-old walked both loop trails. I would go again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful in-city natural area with both paved and natural trails. Lots of interesting vegetation and wildlife including a beaver dam. There are benches throughout for taking a break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great way to connect with nature on these amazing trails. Nothing too high in difficulty so suitable for all age groups. Trails are currently a bit muddy in spots at this time of year but that's okay with us. So nice to walk some trails here in London and not see garbage on the ground every 5 feet.
