★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store manager has no common sense. Gave terrible explanation. They sell returns from other customers without checking them for damage. So the new customer will also have to return the same product again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of No-Return Policy on Appliances. You won't see a sign in the store, but Home Depot will not accept returns on any appliance they sell- even if the one they sell you is broken. I purchased an $800 dishwasher, that never worked. Contacted the store and the sales clerk walked away from me shrugging his shoulders. "Not Home Depot" problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite HD in London. This place is awesome and the tweaks they've done recently regarding product locations has been a positive. Team always says hello and I've never been there and not felt welcome. I'm there usually 2x week, never a poor experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented an aerator. Got to the job it would not work properly. Went back got another. 1 hour wasted of my time and the guy working for me. If that was Kendall rental they would have started it before I took it. If it quit on me they would have driven another to me not had me return it. Wish they were still around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really impressed by the staff at this location. Every staff member I passed smiled and said hello. One staff member noticed that I failed to plan ahead and get a cart and offered very kindly to get me one. I really appreciated it. Thank you to your staff for everything they do!

Very large store with plenty of selection. Make sure to check online before with quantities before you go.
We were looking for some lamps that should have been in one spot but turns out there were still sitting on a pallet that had to be found and taken down and pulled apart. This added considerable time to our trip that could have been resolved with proper inventory reconciliation.
Staff was helpful with finding the products, but communication could have been better with timing and placement.

When I’m at a Home Depot I feel like I’m out of my element but when I do need something I can usually find anything I need. This location like any other I’ve experienced has everything and the staff is great! ??
