Purchased 12 emerald cedars and had them scheduled for delivery. 2 days before delivery, customer service called and said that they are all sold out. They are getting any new ones this season and only could offer me smaller ones. The worst part was that the assistant store manager lied to me and said that they all died and they threw away 24 of them. I am not going to shop at Rona and hope this helps you understand what you might end up dealing with.

Guy on customer service (Nick) have no idea about product and don’t know how to deal with the customer issues and what customer service really means. I wasted my 45 minutes. And finally agreed that they were wrong after manager came. But end result is 45 mins waste just to teach them there own store policy from the Rona website

Fantastic caring, knowledgeable Client service from 4 different service people today from 2-4 Shawn, Ash..., Julie and the young man that activated my new VIP card at Customer Service counter about 3:30 pm. Flooring, Ceilings, Walls depts were excellent and I was told about all specials that I could take advantage of this week! I was in the store for 2 hours, buying and selecting many other renovating options for an old summer cabin. I was brought a chair instantly by the young man at CS, when he noticed I was in pain and tired out. Over 60 and Arthritis. This was so very observant and kind of him. All other public places have displaced all chairs and bences for customers, which is a real problem when I have my 94 yr young Mother or Brother, both with Walkers out for shopping-as they like to get out! Do business not realize some people cannot stand and walk around for hours? This man was on his toes. Thank you all for excellent service -all 4 times we have been in your stores recently. We will be back as there are more homes in the family Bless you. Diane Baker
M	Miglena Armutlu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service. We ordered Emerald cedars to be delivered last week and payed in full for the trees and the delivery. Yesterday they called us to say they are sold out. How can you be sold out? Don't you have an inventory management solution in place? How can you sell something twice? Very poor customer service, will avoid this store in all cost for any future needs. P.S. Customer service said that people were grabbing trees and there were no more left. Spoked with David the manager who said that 24 trees died.... What do you think is the truth?

She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. And was able to make some product suggestions that made my project even easier. I wish all the staff there was as willing to help an old guy like me.

I don't know if she would want me to use her name One of the few people who listen to what you want and works it into a workable idea if possible. There is this little thing called building to code you have to watch out for.

But unfortunately, It took me 10 minutes to find any Sales Associate to help me in the lawn mowing equipment department “although there wasn’t much customers at that time as shown in the pictures”. After another 10 minutes looking for my item he gave me the wrong item. I was lucky because when I back again to return it I found a good employee who gave me the correct item and told me that if I used the wrong one, the lawn mower will damage.
