★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your doctor has to be one that works there in order to get into walk in clinic...no wonder I’ve never been recommend there by anyone. Poor relay of information with staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no complaints with my doctor (that I have had for over 30 years). I have followed her through several locations over the years.
Sometimes I am kept waiting, but that's because they do same day appointments. No pre-booked appointments so it can get busy.
My issue is with the exceptionally rude and unhelpful receptionist who refuses to provide appointments most of the time or make any effort to find another solution when my doctor isn't available (...ie: an appointment the next day, another doctor that might be available).
If I am fortunate & Darcy answers, I know she will be as helpful as she can be, gotten me in with another doctor or the next day. But if I get this other receptionist my chances of getting an appointment are just about ZERO.
I feel like I am being kept from receiving medical care & medications that I need because of a chronic condition.
I have seriously considered getting a new doctor because of this miserable receptionist, but the locations of the doctors taking patients are not convenient for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a compassionate doctor that will listen and validate your experience while offering solutions in preventative care it is NOT Dr. Brett Hill. I went in with earache and a swelling that comes and goes around my neck/jaw. I was met with disbelief (cause it was not swollen when I was in there) and because you can't really "prove/see" earaches. I suggested that a friend had the same experience after using noise cancelling ear buds and wanted to know if that was true. He dismissed it. I felt not heard and almost like I was wasting HIS time (it was only me who drove 20min to see him and it's his job to be of service). It's a shame my entire family is under his care (we just moved from Toronto) but now I am off to find a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor elsewhere because it ain't him. Doctors not only diagnose but an excellent doctor also looks at prevention and seeing beyond what the books say, including lifestyle improvements. No importance is given to that here so unless you have an obvious clinical sign don't waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment with the NP Mirah and she was amazing! I went in for a concerning looking mole on my neck and she expertly extracted it and sutured it closed. It looks like it'll heal without a scar. Great job girl! I felt very comfortable and we had some good laughs as well.
